Getting the work done on my Mustang was delayed due to the paint shop 'sitting' on an item instead of getting the work done. After the 3-4 weeks that the paint shop had the part, the assembly was complete the paint shop 'sitting' on an item instead of getting the work done. After the 3-4 weeks that the paint shop had the part, the assembly was completed very quickly. Also, I had to put a non-Ford product in my Mustang, in other words, a battery. I'm not satisfied with that happening! More

Rick suggested having them check a lubrication. Which they did, and everything checked out good. Also Rick allowed me to leave my vehicle at the dealership over Christmas & New Year holiday (11 day Which they did, and everything checked out good.
