Blatantly lied to re truck we had made an appointment to see and likely buy. Appointment confirmed 3 diff times and then after driving for an hour to Prosser were told another sales person had sold it, and see and likely buy. We found out later this particular truck (Ford maverick) was not available anywhere and they are having to be ordered directly from the company, which we did and will be available in 2-6 months. How you can run a business like this is beyond me. I would think you’d care more about your reputation. Be rest assured ed we have told many friends and family of your lies and tx of customers. Also this dealership refused to call and speak with me directly after multiple asks. Shame on you! More
