Pretty sub par. Took two hours for a scheduled oil change with no update on the delay or apology for the wait. They said they rotated my tires but I’m pretty sure only rotated two…and could even be bothered to correct the tire pressures to where they should be. I had to take it to another place down the street. Also didn’t reset my oil life indicator. The reminder sticker they put on my windshield says I have a change due in 3000 miles, which makes me wonder if they put synthetic in which is what I was charged for and have been using. Lastly, I got a call/email/text the next day saying there was no record of me paying them for the service? I had to text them pictures of my receipt. I have zero trust in this place and won’t be back. More

I made 3 calls to the dealership. I was put on hold for at least 15 minutes each time. Never got response for work being completed. Vehicle there for 6 months for repair due to parts. Whoever was to follow up and keep us up to date on status did a very poor job. They give you a 90 day warranty and they do not honor it.
