Excellent salesmanship and extremely knowledgeable. We worked with Scott at the Ford dealer and after finding out what we were looking for, he sent us up to the Dodge dealer. We met with Alan and after discussing the size pickup we needed, he informed us we would fine with a Dodge 1500 EcoDiesel with an excellent towing capability. He mentioned that he had some brand new 2017 models with some excellent cash incentive packages. We looked at several models and chose one to our liking and we went for test drive. Alan was very informative as he explained the great features. My wife and I returned home and discussed what we had learned and returned a couple days later to make the purchase. We let Scott know of our plans and he met us at the Dodge dealer and we worked out an equitable deal that satisfied both parties. We are very pleased with the way Scott and Alan helped us and informed us about the features of our new truck. We would highly recommend to our friends and family that if they were interested in buying a new vehicle, Scott and/or Alan would be the salesmen they should talk to. More

We have owned about 6 new and used Caravan's and have never been disappointed with the vehicle. I, as a Mom, always felt safe in a Grand Caravan hauling my kids and their friends all over. But working with Luis, our salesman and Kim who signed all the paper work and Rod who contacted us about a vehicle we saw on line, was a breeze. I would recommend Hermiston Dodge to anyone looking for any vehicle. We can't say enough of how great these 3 people were. Especially Luis Duarte.
