Quick, concise, and friendly. The service appointment was scheduled for a Thursday morning. I had not been informed that my wife had a Doctor's appointment that same afternoon. Either one of them was supposed to be my ride back from the dealership after dropping off the pickup. When I called the dealership about this situation they had no problem taking me back to the farm then picking me up when the service was finnished. They called me once during the service.
