And hour later I got a call back telling me that it was all covered I came in to have my car worked on and was quoted what I thought was a fair price. The next day did not hear anything from Jonny until closing time. He stated the vehicle was not completed and we would not receive the vehicle as agreed upon. No communication throughout that entire day about my vehicle. I was told the vehilcle would be done first thing the next morning (simple tire swap) however it again was not. I didn’t hear anything from Jonny until nearly noon. When I got to the dealership to pick my vehicle up I found out there was only one key for the vehicle when it was confirmed by Jonny that there was in fact two keys in his hand. I was told I would be getting another key ASAP. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this dealership. Second time working with Jonny. I am very displeased this time with the customer service after signing the dotted line. More
