Wrong diagnosis Went in for coolant leak that had no coolant dripping. Figured 1 gallon of coolant per 100 miles I would see something. After research and speaking wi Went in for coolant leak that had no coolant dripping. Figured 1 gallon of coolant per 100 miles I would see something. After research and speaking with other 2017 Ram 3500 owners, they said egr cooler is burning it off and you will never see a leak. So, the dealer told me my coolant tank is cracked in the back and separates under pressure and is leaking down where you can't see it. They said $ 120 for coolant reservoir and $96 for diagnosis AND $399 for labor. I saved $399 by replacing it myself. I drove 30 miles back to the dealer with no fix of my problem. Yes, we burped it and still no fix. Tech actually blamed my new truck for having to much engine pressure and ruined my brand new coolant reservoir. I think they don't want me to have the problem resolved as I have a 200,000 Mile extended warranty. More
