Money Hungery and uninformative very unorganized and uninformative I ordered all parts need to put hitch in my 2016 grand cherokee (bought from them) could not be helped until gave very unorganized and uninformative I ordered all parts need to put hitch in my 2016 grand cherokee (bought from them) could not be helped until gave vin also employees arguing back and fourth service dept is a complete joke how can you charge people 120 for seriously 5 minutes of work when not a person ever said that it will have to be taken in after all my work and labor service say we will only do what you ask for 120 (revamp computer) and do not garuntee my lights will work on trailer unless the look over all over done which would be another 120. In a nut shell it is highway robbery and the service should be ashamed More

Car wash seems appropriate Just got back from a 2,000 mile road trip.
