I went in and talked to the manager about trading in my car. I just previously bought last year in aug. or sept. I had to have the motor replaced, have a bearing replaced the day before the motor went to c car. I just previously bought last year in aug. or sept. I had to have the motor replaced, have a bearing replaced the day before the motor went to crap and it cost me over $1200.00 in less then 6 months. Then all they did to try and make it right they really lowballed me for my trade in for a brand new car actually any car at that fact so I would have been way upside down in the hole and without a vehicle . I also went in there telling them what we would pay as down payment and what we could afford for payments . Then when they say I’m approved they give me numbers way out of our budget that we specifically told them bottom dollar. I fill they waisted a lot of time and there own so I went else where to do my business and they really stuck to the plan and practically paid my other car off for trade in. More
This was the first time in buying a vehicle in over 15 years from a car dealer other than Archibalds in Kennewick which I have bought at least twelve cars from and am on their guild drivers list.They are years from a car dealer other than Archibalds in Kennewick which I have bought at least twelve cars from and am on their guild drivers list.They are top notch and your dealership should take notice. I will be most likely be going back to them.I felt that they should have explained their process as I was left wondering several times. Also asked a few questions and was lead to believe some things that were not true.Also knowingly I paid for a program the I knew was a freebie to them that was put on bill and not mentioned my fault it should have been deleted by me.Later I was asked to split a cost after it had been agreed on much earlier out of my faulty kindness we did this. Also being a cash deal I should have expected a better deal.I'm old school and still want to believe in fairness.This was a big wake up recall for me and have to remember a business is still a business! More
I had a 2019 Ram 2500 in need of a DPF. filter replacement. In service dept Eric handles my service but getting parts was a bit difficult. Dealer of ram only had one key. Assured me would send me the second. I have called at least 4 times asking about key. It has been 2 weeks with no response. I was in a bind needing to leave for Texas. I had been in Umatilla for 6 weeks and needed to come home. With extreme short notice Roberto and the Tech got together to fix my truck in 2 days.
