2018 3500 Ram Long Horn I wanted to upgrade to a new Ram 3500 for towing our new 34' fifth wheel trailer, but my truck was a 2015 so I wasn't sure it would be possible, I ass I wanted to upgrade to a new Ram 3500 for towing our new 34' fifth wheel trailer, but my truck was a 2015 so I wasn't sure it would be possible, I assumed I'd be upside down $. Well the long and short is Chelsiey (my first contact online), Jonny (my salesman), and Juan the (General Manager) made it happen. They took the 2015 as trade, paid that loan off, and I even got several thousand dollars off the new Ram for my trade in. Even better it was seamless, I figured this process would take a day or two, wrong again I was gone,deal done and down the road in couple hours. These guys are Amazing! More

I really wanted to have the ability to set my off road 4x4 and was told I COULD set it to snow, sand, etc. Took me a while to realize the control dial was not there, and thought maybe it was buried in the touch screen features- it's not but it's too late, I already purchased the Jeep & it'll be years before I can trade it in and get what I really want. So that's disappointing. I should have taken more time to confirm but I was very overwhelmed with all the regular features that I missed it. This was supposed to be by UPGRADE. Also - not the dealership's fault but the SiriusXm Guardian app/ uconnect app is very iffy. 1.5 stars out 5 and is BASIC. The ONLY feature above the key remote is locate vehicle and it's worked 1x out of the 10 times I tested it. Again, disappointing. As far as price, the 2018's are starting to be discounted at other dealerships but we paid the MSRP which we all know is way marked up. The topper on the 💩 is my touch screen keeps beeping & going to the apps screen! 180 miles on it & I have to take it in for service. Good thing I'm paying even MORE for a warranty. More
