I explained I had a fresh bankruptcy and they said they had loan programs to help me out. Fearing my van was not safe to drive any longer and after being sent to numerous different sales people in the building and several hours later I am now the owner of a vehicle with a huge car payment, a huge deductible if I need anything fixed and if the company decides to cover it. I really wish I would have went to a second mechanic now. Plus the new one is having some of the same problems as the old one so it is already going into the shop. I highly recommend you do not go to them. More

Okay but left holding the bag We called ahead two separate times to have the dealer advise us of any cosmetic damage and of any mechanical problems. We were 4.5 hours away and wan We called ahead two separate times to have the dealer advise us of any cosmetic damage and of any mechanical problems. We were 4.5 hours away and wanted to make it a one trip deal. The asking price seemed fair based on online pics. Advised that it had had an inspection and that all was good we made the trip. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere pleasant. We did our drive and then had service put it on a lift. Looking underneath we found significant leaks from both front and rear axle seals and from the oil cooler seal. We negotiated to have the dealer make the repairs. Service and Sales dragged their feet until closing time and then said they could not do repairs that day. We negotiated some more agreeing that we would do the repairs and were left with the dealer getting the better end of the deal out of our urgency to leave. When I asked the sales manager about the inspection I received a shrug and a non-commital "eh". This could have been a five star experience but devolved into frustration instead. I think the dealer tried but fell short realizing that what I had been told about the inspection and mechanical soundness was less than accurate. Also of note is the technician who was doing some of the work on the Suburban had very little experience with me having to direct him which way to loosen the bolts on a brake caliper. His tools selection was poor as he searched for common tools to inspect the leaks. He was not qualified to work on any vehicle with the tool set he had from Harbor Freight. More

Not very happy with service.. Was haveing a over heating problem. Said maybe a clutch fan. Clutch fan put on. Still over heating next day. Took to another shop, checked radiator, Was haveing a over heating problem. Said maybe a clutch fan. Clutch fan put on. Still over heating next day. Took to another shop, checked radiator, and it is plugged . So now they are fixing it right. Why wasn’t the radiator checked when brought in. Now another $ 500-600 to fix the real problem. Not Happy at all. More
