Service Department needs Help! Very disappointed in the parts and service department! Called initially to buy a fob and have it programmed to my Dodge. Drove over to Hermiston from Pendleton to be surprised with “oops we don’t have the right fob after all”. Had one ordered specifically for me and I called them after it arrived letting me know that I work long hours but I had a two week vacation starting at the end of June and that I would call to schedule at that time. I call back to schedule the programming and “oops we have already used that fob”. What a bunch of B.S! GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE!! More
