Everyone in the service department handled my concerns with the utmost professionalism, a smile and a friendly attitude. The different alternative transportation options to make things less frustrating for me went above and beyond my expectations. I was also kept informed on the progress of the work being done on my SUV. Being a single woman and having a repair business that is this great is more reassuring than I can express. Great service experience, no fancy service lobby but the work was done quickly and I could get the service appointment exactly when I needed it, the very next day. My Parts Department experience was great, the price for the OEM rubber floor mats were $75 less (before tax) than the Tri-Cities dealership, plus I did not have to pay any incoming freight cost. The mats were on a nationwide backorder, but every dealer I contacted quoted me the Mfg.list price, except the Tri-Cities dealership where $75+ over Mfg. List price was their quote More
