I wish I could give zero stars. We bought a brand new 1 ton pickup in 2020. The sale of the vehicle went great. Everything was smooth, they were easy to deal with and we felt like we got a good deal. That's where the service ended. The truck ran great for 2 years, now in 2023 we have had nothing but issues with the truck. Major warranty issues. Lifters, transfer case, heater grid, cam shafts, etc. Problems that a 2020 should not have. The truck has been in the shop almost 2 months total. Hermiston Dodge has been unwilling to put us in a loaner that can haul a gooseneck trailer. Something we do frequently both for our business and for pleasure. We have lost and are still loosing thousands of dollars because of this truck being down and not having a suitable loaner. We finally got them to agree to give us a loaner and were given an 03 short bed pickup with old tires. It worked for a short trip, but anyone that hauls goosenecks knows that a short bed and a gooseneck do not do well together. This dealer doesn't care about the customer after they sell you a vehicle. We have given them every opportunity to make it right and they continue to fail in every way. Not to mention, they also dented our tailgate and just about every time I have gotten my truck back there's still something they didn't fix. Just got it back after 3 weeks and they did not complete the 75,000 mile service they were asked to do. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. More
It's been a long time since I've had a car dealer be so misleading to deal with. They told me Jeep was a 6 cylinder, but after the purchase I found out was 4 cylinder. They promised two sets of keys, they after purchase I was told second set would cost me $360, however they never provided it. They said the theft protection was required and charged $399. As others have reported; customer care is lacking. I should have known when a friend said don’t go there. First impression was poor at best. Guy taking my information was chewing gum and barely looked up from his computer screen. He was not very interested in what I had to say about the problems I was having. I got a call a day later that they had the vehicle in to work on it. I called several work days later for an update. I was told that I would be called back that afternoon. No one called. When I called the next day I asked for Customer Service. Obviously the person answering the phone didn’t know what I was talking about. So I asked for someone in charge of the service department. I got Manny. He knew about the recall issues but not about the check engine light. He said he’d call me back between 3 and 4. No call! This was Thursday. I called the next Monday and asked for him again. He said the vehicle should be ready in the afternoon, about 2:30. He said he would call when he knew it was ready. No call again! This is not acceptable. This is not a one time occurrence. This is the way they do business. I will join my friend in telling others not to go there. By the way I drive a $90,000 vehicle. I replace my vehicles regularly. In fact we have 2 new vehicles in the past 18 months. I hope the vehicle gets me home when I get it back. More

Don't come here if you want a fair deal, value for your trade, and to be treated like a human rather than a number they see on their commission. I was sold a vehicle that knowingly had no under carriage! Less than a week later I contacted them to let them know that we can't have something scraping on the roads just through town, and that we needed to have something with more clearance. Told them what vehicle I was interested in, got ignored for 3 days, for them to tell me it was just sold. Then, go all the way there to get into something different, for them to trade back in the vehicle I got a week prior, remind you, I live an hour and a half away, and they try to tell me they are only giving me a fraction of what the loan a week ago was financed for in trade!! Even after putting $1500 down on the original vehicle! Are you xxxxing kidding me?! Not only that, they tell me that they knew it needed an under carriage and literally said "my bad". I was told I can get into another vehicle, I sign a purchase order because it was at their other lot, and was cheaper than the original car, and they call me to tell me that I need a co-signer or $5000 down!!!! xxx?!! Worst sales department I've ever gotten to work with. Don't give a xxxx about their customer's, only want the paycheck. I hope you all read this and go elsewhere with your hard earned money!! I am baffled at how poorly I was treated here! The only upside to this whole experience was Darius, the salesman. He was honest and transparent, the sales manager and the other higher up's are the issue here. Oh and did I mention I am STILL waiting to get a call on "what they can do for me" SMDH. More

selling 2017 Ram 3500 with Bald tires at full Price I was told they would come down a little in price so I drove 4 hours to test drive. When arriving keys were missing, steering wheel was sideways, sunroof stuck in open position, brakes had warped rotors. I was told it was also just out of service department for new track bar so how could they miss all this. In total I was there 3 hours then finally told they wont come down on price for tires but are charging me $1100 more for some paint protection they put on car. very disappointing waste of time. More
