I found the new 2021 GMC Yukon Denali that I wanted in their inventory which had been there for two months. We agreed on the price and trade-in value for my 2015 Escalade which was confirmed by Tom Norga their inventory which had been there for two months. We agreed on the price and trade-in value for my 2015 Escalade which was confirmed by Tom Norgaard in a written proposal from them which I signed. I offered to make a down payment to hold the vehicle as we could not drive to Everett for a few days because of my wife's Covid vaccination. Then Odinn Johannesson offered to take a picture for me verifying condition and mileage and then drive the car to my home and drive my trade-in back, which had very low miles and was in excellent condition. I said sure. I had sent them everything they wanted including pictures, sticker, etc. The next day I get an email from Terry Flores, General Manager, telling me the car had just sold after we already had signed a deal. I've never been lied to so much or been so pissed off by anyone. The sales guys were ok, but I could tell there was something fishy going on and once I had correspondence with Flores I could tell what the problem was. Don't trust him! Or the company! He had the audacity to order a Denali for me and asked me not to write a bad review because it would affect his employees' livelihoods. I told him if he was really concerned about that, he would simply treat customers with respect and honesty and everything would be fine. I bought a new Escalade two days later from George Gee in Coeur d'Alene and the difference in how I was treated was remarkable. George Gee is also a GMC dealer in Liberty Lake WA so I'd recommend them to anybody. Revord is a non-starter so don't waste your time. More
Came in to replace my pregnant wife's stolen car. Jason was my salesman and he was eager to get us in to check out the car and was nice enough while I was there. The car seemed like a good deal, so I made was my salesman and he was eager to get us in to check out the car and was nice enough while I was there. The car seemed like a good deal, so I made the purchase. Drove the car home and parked it for the night. The next day the check engine light came on. I called Jason to see if we could have the car checked out, I wasn't looking to get any money back or return the car as it was still driving fine, I was just hoping to get it checked out and if it was a simple fix maybe having them take care of it for us. Jason said he would talk with his boss and call me back. Never heard from him again. Called the next day and same story. Called the next day and asked for the manager, left him a voicemail and never heard from him. I'm almost certain that the code was present when they serviced the car and probably just cleared the code...planned to come back when it was time to upgrade my car, but that won't be happening anymore....only positive thing is that the guy from financing was nice and not pushy about selling extras. I had submitted an inquiry online for a used Acadia and was promptly contacted by Jason the next day to schedule a time to come check it out for a test drive (this was a Friday). We made an appointment for 1:30 pm that Sunday. My wife and I made arrangements to have our 3-year-old son dropped off with family, applied for a preapproval with our local credit union, and on Sunday made the hour and a half drive to the dealership. Upon arrival we were notified that Jason was finishing up with another customer, but the representative knew that we were there to see the Acadia and offered to unlock it so we could get in and see the interior while we waited. Here’s where it goes sideways . . . a couple minutes later Jason came out and told us he had “good news and bad news.” Apparently, someone had come in off the street 10 minutes before our scheduled appointment and was allowed to test drive the car we had come to see (the car we were sitting in at that VERY MOMENT). They were running numbers and would “let us know.” We were kept hostage in that car for over half an hour (seriously, the alarm was armed in case we tried to get out), while they finalized the deal with the new buyer. Finally, we were kicked out and given confirmation that the deal was done and they didn’t have anything comparable but would “love to show us some other options.” Needless to say, at that point we had had enough. So, what are we left with? An entire wasted day, more miles on our trade-in, a hit on our credit report for the preapproval I went to the trouble of getting beforehand, and probably the worst customer service experience I had ever suffered. There might be an honest car dealership out there somewhere, but this definitely isn’t it. By the way, still waiting on that “good news,” Jason. More
My wife and I had been customers at this dealership since 2014. So I walked into the showroom ready to buy a Buick Envision. Realised the car was bigger than what I needed and selected a smaller model. Test- 2014. So I walked into the showroom ready to buy a Buick Envision. Realised the car was bigger than what I needed and selected a smaller model. Test-drove, made decision to purchase an existing vehicle which was not exactly configured the way I wanted. Salesperson presented all numbers relevant to purchase and trade-in of my 2017 Audi A3. I knew the value of my vehicle after having done research on Kelly Blue Book and other sites. (About $17,200). The dealer, hoping I would not know the value of my car, offered $ 14,000 before asking me what I had hoped to get ($16,500). Walked out on the spot. As I walked, salesman suddenly says, "We can do 16,500!" Really???? Why didn't your manager offer that when you presented the numbers????? Left store. 3 days later I get an e-mail from the General Sales manager, asking what he can do to earn my business. Responded to him with exactly what happened in the store. Never heard back from him!!! Unbelievable!!! Stay away from this dealership! It is a very unethical practice, offering trade-ins far below value, trying to take advantage of people. Ended up buying a car from another dealership who offered at least $16,300 to begin with! More
I bought a new GMC terrain for my wife about a few months into the pandemic and the first night we had it, we spent a few hours with towels because of a leak in the sunroof. No mention of this when we purcha into the pandemic and the first night we had it, we spent a few hours with towels because of a leak in the sunroof. No mention of this when we purchased it and I called the next day and they said to bring it in and they would fix it. About 6 months later it started leaking in the same place. We took it in and they said no it was a different part but the same area of leak. Then a lot of back and forth later, they ended up charging me $175 and I was like whatever fine... I get back in the terrain after they fixed the sunroof leak and I look up and they made a big hole in the headliner! At first he was like are you sure this wasn't there??? I couldn't believe it... I said no 100% Then he realized he looked at this before with my wife and it was not there before. One of the tec's did it and just didn't say anything. No real sorry or anything out any of them. The manger then wanted us to have it patched to save them money haha I almost did that too because that's the type of person I am but This was not our fault and should be done correctly and replaced because you could still see it after wards if they just patched it they said. I also noticed tape from the repair on the sun roof still and it was all over the top. The next phone call to them, I mention all this to him and again no sorry or anything but bring it in and we will take it off. Finally after getting the new headliner replaced and getting into the terrain to leave I looked up and there is still tape all over the top... I believe I'm a very balanced and patient person but this repeating mistakes is unacceptable! The poor workmanship and lack of knowledge from the desk to the back tec's is crazy! be aware if you have to deal with them. Lot's of conning and saying what you want to hear to get your money and get you out the door!! More
