I bought a new Buick from them and I had Moe A. as my salesperson, he was pleasant to deal with and actually got me a better deal than I agreed to (how often does that happen?). Beware of blatant bait and switch with this dealership. My advice, if dealing with Moe please contact the other stooge Terry before you think you have secured a deal. We contacted this dealership based on an advertised vehicle they had listed for sale as “in transit”. We spoke with Moe on Wednesday who said the vehicle was available. Knowing salesmen will tell you what you want to hear we asked if he can confirm this. He went and spoke to his superior who told us it was available. We then asked if they would take full MSRP. After talking to his superior he said…Yes. We then told Moe we will take this vehicle and would be willing to put $70K down payment as good faith. He said because they didn’t possess the vehicle they couldn’t accept payment. So we asked Moe if he can confirm we are at the top of the list and he said…Yes. He then said in two weeks the vehicle should be in possession and at that time he could then accept payment. Three days later we looked online to view the vehicle and noticed the posted price had gone up by $10K. We called to ask what’s going on and Moe gave the supply vs demand lip service to justifies the added markup. Then Terry texted us that he sold this vehicle today (Saturday). Wait what…I thought you couldn’t sell the vehicle or even accept payment until the vehicle arrives. At the moment of this post, the vehicle is posted on GMC at $98K but on their website it is posted at $108K. If it was sold why is it even listed. I’m guessing they have yet to sell this vehicle and because they had “interest” in this vehicle they increased the price and they still yet to possess the vehicle. As a veteran, honor and integrity are very important and this dealership has neither of these. GM will be notified along with the WA Attorney General. More
My service needed coordination with an outside business for painting. Kai Hunt of the service department personally tracked and expedited the process resulting in my new part being available for installat for painting. Our Sales Consultant Matt Leavitt is friendly and knowledgeable. Our entire experience was like buying from family. The Sales Manager worked with us on our trade in.
