very bad experience, in all areas of your service. First of all, I have a problem, explained it in details and asked to fix it. I Was charged for the fix, but the issue still remain. What indicates poor quality of professionalize the mechanics have in your dealership. I had a trip to eastern Washington for camping, it was 4 hours drive and very hot weekends, the air conditioner was not working. Secondly, Paul (dealership customer service person) told me over the phone that my car salvaged and no warranty. I was surprised to learn that as I am the only one owner and had no issues/incident with the car. Lastly, the car was fixed at 2pm and I got phone call about it and I asked to pick me up right away. I was picked up about 5pm, I had to wait outside for another 20 minutes for shuttle what messed up with pick up location. More

I feel dooped. I own a highly rated small business in Washington if I did my clients this way I wouldn't be in business. We agreed I signed for a 24' GMC Sierra AT4X non AEV edition with maintenance package, service package, wheel tire key package, paint package. After having the deal for over week and half, and ran my credit 4x after I asked to run it once they lowered my credit 16 points. Now saying the deal isn't approved. I traded in a custom 21' Sprinter with 15,000 miles, 1 owner, no accidents, just serviced from Mercedes Benz of Seattle, owl outfit van plus $5000 down signed and drove away. Just to have them come back and say I'm not approved after GMC jumped at my deal. I'm approved for the van just I don't get all the service package, maintenance package etc. I've asked over 6x to give me my van back. They said there not in the used car lot dealer. They don't want the GMC Sierra AT4X back. But they'll keep my trade. Please when you decide to buy a vehicle don't go here. Just IMO More
