Who Not only did they over charge me in sales tax by 3.5%, when I was walking out the door they pulled my credit! After the transaction was complete! Who does that? And than acts like its no big deal because they are making me a second key set at no charge! Seriously when did it become standard to only receive one key for a car? Ridiculous! Can't stress this enough do not buy from them! Oh and it's been 2 weeks and I still haven't been reimbursed for the sales tax and they are ignoring my daily calls....great customer service More
This was the easiest car buying experience ever! After going to one dealership to look at a car they had online. When I got there, of course the price was quite a bit more than advertised. So I wen After going to one dealership to look at a car they had online. When I got there, of course the price was quite a bit more than advertised. So I went back to the internet and found one at Clyde Revord and called and talked to Mark. He went out and checked the car and said it had the options I wanted and set up a time to test drive it. I was waiting for my house to close before purchasing and they were able to hold it with no money down and no pre-filled out paperwork. When I came in to purchase, everything was so easy. I was outta there in no time and absolutely LOVE my new car! Keith was the sales rep and Heather in financing were all awesome. Thank you!!! The car was purchased from Canada and all the electronics were switched to US before I bought it. More

Abusive "Owner" Wow. In all my 63 years, I have never had an experience such as this with any car dealership (and believe me, I have dealt with many). After my wi Wow. In all my 63 years, I have never had an experience such as this with any car dealership (and believe me, I have dealt with many). After my wife and I had bargained hard to get an acceptable deal, about an hour later we entered the finance office and began going over the paperwork. Then, a gentleman(?) approached the office and began berating (yelling at) my wife and myself for some perceived unacceptable behavior on our part and accused us of being rude and disrespectful to his finance person and sales staff. Needless to say, I was stunned and amazed. My first reaction was to tell this "person" to buzz off and let us complete the transaction. Then came the real shocker; he stated: "I am the owner and I can decide not to sell you the car!" He was obviously not pleased as to how we had somehow "disrespected" his employees. He went on to continue to yell at us for at least two minutes (it seemed a lot longer!) I might add that at no time were we overtly loud, rude, or disruptive in any way, unless of course, this "owner" is not accustomed to prospective buyers who have little patience for the standard ration of dealer BS, and prefer to cut to the chase, and actually "deal" to arrive at an acceptable price and complete the sale. Now I realize buying a car from a dealer is not a pleasurable experience for many people, and after waiting for about an hour before we were called into the finance office, we were getting tired and impatient as we were concerned about other appointments that we did not want to miss. Sure, we were grumbling and a little upset, but that in no way justified the despicable behavior of this so-called "owner." If this individual cannot empathize with his customers and instead prefers to throw a tantrum, then he needs to stay off the sales floor and leave the task to someone more suited for the job (i.e., everyone else we dealt with). Oh, and by the way, the finance person (Jennifer) and salesman (Tim)were very professional, friendly and their service was exemplary. It is a pity that they have to work for an "owner" who is as caustic and foul as this individual, who apparently knows (or cares) nothing about customer service. As for me, I view this as a somewhat gratifying experience. Over the years, many of my friends have had less than pleasurable encounters with car sales people, some who would reach the point of actually yelling at the customer. I think I may have my friends beat: I had the so-called "owner" blowing his gasket, and we got the car. So unless you are prepared to be verbally abused for driving a hard bargain (i.e. actually dealing), and being a little impatient when waiting an hour to begin to complete your deal, avoid this dealership. I plan to stay away... Far away. I'm sure the so-called "owner" won't mind a bit... More
Shoddy Practices My son and I came in to the Revord Buick dealership yesterday (May 15th) to look at a used 2010 Hyundai Genesis Coup. After test driving the car and r My son and I came in to the Revord Buick dealership yesterday (May 15th) to look at a used 2010 Hyundai Genesis Coup. After test driving the car and reviewing the Car Fax report, my son made a verbal offer and the dealership countered. My son agreed to the counter price, but had to get to work so made plans to return in the morning to process the purchasing documents. The sales people first asked for a deposit to hold the car and my son agreed and was ready to pay. The salesman shook my son's hand and said, "Don't worry about it. You're good we'll take the car off the lot, put it in the back and see you in the morning to close the deal." We accepted this in good faith. The next morning, as we were getting ready to head back to the dealership to complete the purchase, the salesman called to say that the car was no longer available as it had been sold the night before. Needless to say, we were quite disappointed with this outcome, and it reflects very poorly on the professionalism of the Revord dealership in general, and the staff, in particular. Gone are the days when business is done fairly and honestly. We certainly will not return here for any future purchases and will be sure to pass the word that Revord practices greed over integrity. Typical used car feel Will Not Buy another rig there! Will not have my Truck serviced there anymore! My initial buying experience wasn't bad, the salesman whom I bought it Will Not Buy another rig there! Will not have my Truck serviced there anymore! My initial buying experience wasn't bad, the salesman whom I bought it from is no longer there but he was low key and straight. Unfortunately everyone after that I have dealt with including Owner/Manager, Finance guy and service department are typical used car salesman type. When I bought the truck, I found it had dried ,caked mud in places that could have only gotten there if it had been submersed or buried, I bought an extended warranty that the finance guy claimed replaced the original bumper to bumper. The very first thing the service guy begins to tell me is everything it didn't cover that I wanted fixed. Just had it in for the 90 some thou service, told it is the big one $800.00 later, I'm thinking they will at least detail it clean it up nice...NOT!! I get it home , couple days later I see oil underneath, the front differential plug is ready to FALL OUT!!! Call them up livid... I get a message back, we can get you in right away and your next oil change is on us. More

I had previously owned this vehicle and after driving it to 193,000 miles and it still was running strong. I came across Clyde Revord Motors doing an extensive search. Wow! Was I ever so happy, and the experience only got better. They were right on it. I think that I may be the first car shipped to New Jersey from this business with that said they shipped in a timely manner took care of all the details, taxes, registration, title even when the state of NJ made it a challenge they came through. Thank you for your hard work, My approval was virtually instant. My sales guy Mark was available to answer all my questions during the process and communicated any changes or timeline issues in which there were none. They really took charge, I look forward to doing further future business with Clyde Revord Motors. Thank you again from New Jersey so far away but yet making the experience feel like next door... Much Regards Dwayne Bellamy PS, I highly recommend that if your in search of a vehicle to check this place out...don't be afraid of the distance they will take great care of you.. More

This place was a God send. After a month of throwing parts and money into my 2006 VW beetle and not being able to get the alternator to charge the battery. (we had two different shops change the alterna parts and money into my 2006 VW beetle and not being able to get the alternator to charge the battery. (we had two different shops change the alternator 4 times total and a new battery and everything else in the charging system and still the battery would die and I would have to get jumped to continue one) I was broke from putting so much money into the VW and my spirits were low because Auburn VW made 1000 mistakes with customer service and handling my car in general. An electrician from Western Electrical couldn’t help us, and then Ovals Motors in Milton re tried everything we already told them was done and wasted even more time and money. The last month was bar non one of the most frustrating times of my life. Then we called this place in Everett. An hour from home, but well worth it. The financing was the easiest thing I ever did. The people were professional, and the place was clean and just made you feel good. Debbie, the finance manager sincerely cared that we got a good car. Since I am a single mom reliability and safety rating were big to me. She made everything smooth and I finally felt relief after the biggest headache ever. I got an amazing deal on my trade in and my car payments for my new car! As well as some great advice on how to get my credit score up! If I knew there were honest, clean car lots with caring people I would have never wasted so much time and money on my old car. No matter the situation I strongly suggest checking this place out. Ou wont regret it like you will so many other places. More

Matt the sales rep took us out for a test drive, and then sent the application over to Scott Sides in finance. I am self employed and we didnt have the best credit, so Scott had to get creative. Through the entire process he was very friendly, and extremely knowledgable. In just a few short hours the Clyde Revord team had pulled off an amazing deal for my family. We purchased the car, they filled up the gas tank and paid off the remaining owed on our trade. They made us feel important, and worked together to make sure we could drive off in the car we really wanted. I recommend anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle go to Clyde Revord motors INC. You wil not regret it! More
