He put it all together and then once I went to the dealership I worked with Brandon. He's a very easy going sales person. We did the paperwork and was done within 40 mins. They really just made it super easy to buy a car and I'm impressed. I hate spending 5 hours at a dealership just to find out they can't give me what I want. That is the reason I'm writing this now. It's just a great experience. More
Watch very close when you are finishing the deal The truck I bought was fine but when we were finishing paper work they said for $200.00 they would do all the paper work for lic. and title. I live in The truck I bought was fine but when we were finishing paper work they said for $200.00 they would do all the paper work for lic. and title. I live in Oregon and it's a 4 hour drive., so after getting to Oregon DMV I thought it would be better for me and them if I did the licensing here. I told them that and they agreed. So I asked for my $200.00 back and after many emails all I could get back was $67.50. I went to Oregon DMV and spent $196.00 for lic. and title plus $30.00 trip permet . So I don't know what the $67.50 was going to pay for ? Maybe they get a better deal at the DMV than I can. The truck is nice but they did not disclose that it had been damaged and the left rear quarter panel had been replaced. Not a big deal but not totaly honest . More

His time expectations for repairs are prompt and he puts himself into the customer situations at all times. I will definitely keep coming to him for all my car service needs. I never feel like they are doing things that are unneeded like I have felt with other dealers. I think they really do set the example for a service department. More
Customer for life! I have no reservations recommending Clyde Revord Motors to any of my friends and family. I purchased a 2014 GMC Sierra SLT with the help of top notch salesman Tom Norgaard and sales manager Tal. From the first foot step on the lot until the last signature with Jennifer in finance their team was on top of every detail. I was so pleased with how I was treated I would feel comfortable sending my wife in to do business with them on her own. I never felt pressured or pushed into making a decision. Compared to other trucks I looked at they provided me with a wonderful value. Furthermore, my deal was not an easy one from the start dealing with a complicated and sub par trade. They allowed me to work through my due diligence while still upholding the package they had put together days prior. Jennifer fought for me in finance for the lender to hold to a low APR. Tom my sales advisor came up on his day off to walk me through every feature of the truck. Tal worked his sales magic to pursue every avenue possible before presenting me with the deal. What more can I say.... I'm happy More
Dishonest; unhelpful and unfriendly We've been looking at 2011 and newer Jeep Grand Cherokees and have not had the best of luck finding one without frame rust. So before making the hour We've been looking at 2011 and newer Jeep Grand Cherokees and have not had the best of luck finding one without frame rust. So before making the hour and a half drive from Graham to Everette, we called days in advance to inquire about a picture of the rear undercarriage and asked if there was rust present as we were very serious about a 2012 they had in our price range. They sent a picture from the side undercarriage and said there was none present. So, we made an appointment and made the drive on a super rainy Saturday only to have an unfriendly gentalman help us and to see they or someone prior to the dealships purchase of the vehicle had spray painted the undercarriage where rust was likely present as there was rust on many of the nuts. Very upset they wasted our entire morning when we told them we were serious buyers and very upfront about our concerns. Don't waste your time... More

It was a pleasure working with the entire team, I was treated very well! Working with your team is the most positive and best experience I have ever had with the purchase of any automobile. 2nd to your team would have been the Kia Dealership on Everett Mall Way! Hope you have a great New Year, to all the team, and again, thank you so much for your time! I will and would recommend any of my friends to your dealership for assistance in a purchase of a new vehicle, not to exclude used? More

Who Not only did they over charge me in sales tax by 3.5%, when I was walking out the door they pulled my credit! After the transaction was complete! Who does that? And than acts like its no big deal because they are making me a second key set at no charge! Seriously when did it become standard to only receive one key for a car? Ridiculous! Can't stress this enough do not buy from them! Oh and it's been 2 weeks and I still haven't been reimbursed for the sales tax and they are ignoring my daily calls....great customer service More
This was the easiest car buying experience ever! After going to one dealership to look at a car they had online. When I got there, of course the price was quite a bit more than advertised. So I wen After going to one dealership to look at a car they had online. When I got there, of course the price was quite a bit more than advertised. So I went back to the internet and found one at Clyde Revord and called and talked to Mark. He went out and checked the car and said it had the options I wanted and set up a time to test drive it. I was waiting for my house to close before purchasing and they were able to hold it with no money down and no pre-filled out paperwork. When I came in to purchase, everything was so easy. I was outta there in no time and absolutely LOVE my new car! Keith was the sales rep and Heather in financing were all awesome. Thank you!!! The car was purchased from Canada and all the electronics were switched to US before I bought it. More
Selling imported cars without proper repairs BUYERS BEWARE! They will sell imported vehicles without bringing them up to US standards. Abusive "Owner" Wow. In all my 63 years, I have never had an experience such as this with any car dealership (and believe me, I have dealt with many). After my wi Wow. In all my 63 years, I have never had an experience such as this with any car dealership (and believe me, I have dealt with many). After my wife and I had bargained hard to get an acceptable deal, about an hour later we entered the finance office and began going over the paperwork. Then, a gentleman(?) approached the office and began berating (yelling at) my wife and myself for some perceived unacceptable behavior on our part and accused us of being rude and disrespectful to his finance person and sales staff. Needless to say, I was stunned and amazed. My first reaction was to tell this "person" to buzz off and let us complete the transaction. Then came the real shocker; he stated: "I am the owner and I can decide not to sell you the car!" He was obviously not pleased as to how we had somehow "disrespected" his employees. He went on to continue to yell at us for at least two minutes (it seemed a lot longer!) I might add that at no time were we overtly loud, rude, or disruptive in any way, unless of course, this "owner" is not accustomed to prospective buyers who have little patience for the standard ration of dealer BS, and prefer to cut to the chase, and actually "deal" to arrive at an acceptable price and complete the sale. Now I realize buying a car from a dealer is not a pleasurable experience for many people, and after waiting for about an hour before we were called into the finance office, we were getting tired and impatient as we were concerned about other appointments that we did not want to miss. Sure, we were grumbling and a little upset, but that in no way justified the despicable behavior of this so-called "owner." If this individual cannot empathize with his customers and instead prefers to throw a tantrum, then he needs to stay off the sales floor and leave the task to someone more suited for the job (i.e., everyone else we dealt with). Oh, and by the way, the finance person (Jennifer) and salesman (Tim)were very professional, friendly and their service was exemplary. It is a pity that they have to work for an "owner" who is as caustic and foul as this individual, who apparently knows (or cares) nothing about customer service. As for me, I view this as a somewhat gratifying experience. Over the years, many of my friends have had less than pleasurable encounters with car sales people, some who would reach the point of actually yelling at the customer. I think I may have my friends beat: I had the so-called "owner" blowing his gasket, and we got the car. So unless you are prepared to be verbally abused for driving a hard bargain (i.e. actually dealing), and being a little impatient when waiting an hour to begin to complete your deal, avoid this dealership. I plan to stay away... Far away. I'm sure the so-called "owner" won't mind a bit... More
