Terrible sales experience. Bunch of lazy liars. Wasted my time for 4 hours for finance to “crunch” some numbers. I was given a quote for $53k for a brand new rav 4 by the sales Bunch of lazy liars. Wasted my time for 4 hours for finance to “crunch” some numbers. I was given a quote for $53k for a brand new rav 4 by the sales person. I started with a lease because there was a rebate going on at the time and the sales person and finance manager advised me it would save me extra $7k then I could buy out vehicle after a month. A month later I went in the purchase the car. When the paper work came back they said the base was $58k and added $10k worth of add-ons. Not only that, no where in the paperwork shows where my trade-in vehicle of $30k went along with the rebate. I spoke to 3 different folks in finance and they anll gave me different breakdowns. None of them knows what they’re doing. I eventually refinanced with another lender and wanted to cancel my service agreement worth close to $3k. Took them 3 months to get me a response, both over phone and in person multiple times. It was excuses after excuses, even the branch manager doesn’t know what she’s doing. One lie after another asking me to go in and they can help me only to be told system is down and can’t do anything although I confirmed with her the day prior to going in knowing the system was down. Take your money elsewhere. Very unethical business and people. Im still waiting for my refund to my new lender. Also my temp car plate was 2 months overdue. When I called dmv they said lender never processed it. Never going back. More
Biggest bunch of liars out there. Worst experience with car salespeople ever. Cindy Jones kept telling me that a specific car was still available and all along it was not. Classic att Worst experience with car salespeople ever. Cindy Jones kept telling me that a specific car was still available and all along it was not. Classic attempt at a bait and switch. There's plenty of other Toyota dealers out there where they work with honesty and integrity, none of which is found at this dealership. I would advise to buy your next Toyota elsewhere. More
All of these Toyota dealerships with the exception of 1 in Socal has been unprofessional and blatant about their price gouging, but this dealership specifically is by far the worst of them all. They are d in Socal has been unprofessional and blatant about their price gouging, but this dealership specifically is by far the worst of them all. They are dishonest and rude. Magalia and the internet sales manager wanted to sell me a Highlander Hybrid Platinum corporate car that supposedly isn't on their site or market. They gave me a number and increased it after I negotiated a lower rate. I wanted to use the tax code in our mountain home. The response was "Oh you guys are doing well huh?" I told her my partner and I work 2 jobs. We have to to make it in California. We had to buy another home in the mountains because our home was deeply affected by the storms. We had leaks, no water, no kitchen, no home. We were only able to muster up a place in the mountains and we worked our butts off to rebuild and care for our family during a horrific few years. We went to grad school, sacrificed 10 years of schooling to be able to work 2 jobs and provide for our family, like most people here in California. And it is still incredibly hard. After Magalia and her Sales Manager calculated based on my mountain home (which we all know is significantly lower), the price actually went up. I remained friendly and kind throughout. In my world, friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism is the standard. If the deal doesn't fit our needs, that's ok. It is a part of business. But these 2 sales people (I'll get the sales manager name later) are crooked. I was looking for a used CPO vehicle, they initiated a back deal on a different one and price gouged. They tossed the phone back and forth. At times I didn't know who I was dealing with. Their communication was that of disorganized teenagers trying to sell a home, a car, a product beyond their scope. We all know Toyota and Honda makes the most reliable cars. We also know there are options. If these 2 folks represent the dealership, this business is dirty. Please don't come here. After blowing up my phone all day to try to get us to come in, they went silent. I am going to be making a complaint with corporate unfortunately. More

Asked about what exactly is "grey flannel + black embossed softex" for the interior and Miles said "flannel might be some cotton / wool fabric". Until we did more research ourselves and saw our friend's Sienna with the same interior, we then found out it's actually just softex. 2. Unwilling to share pricing breakdown for our reference, and unwilling to honor the "dealer advertised price" on Smartpath. Why must we confirm we want the car before we can understand the prices and mark-ups? What's there to hide? Oh it's because you are marking it up by $14k. Sales Manager Stephen Fields even worse. Rude, unprofessional, and arrogant. When we asked why the car is listed in SmartPath in the first place, his response was "How am I supposed to know, I am not an engineer". Additionally, when I asked "Is this false advertising?" Then he said "Maybe. Are you a lawyer?" Lastly, when we try to compare the markup price with other dealer, he suggested few other toyota dealer that does not have markup and kicked us out. Lmao. 😂 I urge you to heed my advice and save both your time and fuel. Avoid visiting this dealership. I have captured our conversation on video and would readily share it if Google Reviews supported video uploads, to provide tangible evidence of my experience. Is this how Milpitas Toyota do business? Good luck to you guys. Such an emotional rollercoaster walking into this place. SmartPath -> Worst prices with surprises. Waste time and shop dumb. More

Without a doubt, this dealership stands out as the most disappointing one I've ever encountered. Undoubtedly the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. I was looking to buy a new car and I disappointing one I've ever encountered. Undoubtedly the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. I was looking to buy a new car and I requested lease information multiple times and they kept giving me the runaround. They insisted that I need to come in and do an application so that they can build the pricing of the vehicle. And I was absolutely shocked to get an email from a Frank Drew that read "I already told you in plain English. The pricing quotes era has changed due to the inflation in the market. Your loss" Whatever happened to professional behavior? Absolutely rude. I have bought Toyotas before and NEVER had such a bad experience. Avoid this place and go to a different Toyota dealership. It's a shady business they have going on here. I financed a 2022 Toyota tundra in September of 2022. It was priced $54,169. Finance manager Jericho E It's a shady business they have going on here. I financed a 2022 Toyota tundra in September of 2022. It was priced $54,169. Finance manager Jericho Espiritu promised that I was going to leave out the door with the MSRP price. I trusted him because he made the process go smoothly. I later realized I shouldn't have and should have double-checked every step of the way until finalizing my contract. I believe him and the dealership to take care of me 100%. Such was not the case. It wasn't untill the loan account was completely set up that I noticed irregularities. I looked over my contract and found that I was $10,000 over the price wa agreed upon. $64,169. I reached out immediately to get this issue resolved, but I got the run around. I requested to talk to the general manager. I was told i have to make an appointment. I was told they would reach out to me to make the appointment. I was never contacted. 3 months later, still no word from Jericho or anyone else. I had some complications in life and ended up with disability that made it hard for me to continue daliy routines, so unfortunately, I had to put this in the back burner. On May 23rd of 2023, I was able to go back into the dealership to talk to someone im person. I then found out Jericho was no longer with the company. I spoke to another finance manager. Which was no help at all. I didn’t get a chance to get his name because he seemed more frustrated that I came with a concern rather than to purchase a vehicle. He tried to justify the amount by looking into the documents in some kind of file. When he realized that I was in fact overcharged, he lied about some papers being missing and he didn't know how. Once he was out of arguments, he told me there was nothing they could do. He asked me what my position would be if the roles were reversed. He basically openly admitted to have screwed me and that it was too bad because the deal was done, and it sucked to be me. He mentioned that they do a 5-10k mark up. I asked why didn’t Jericho advise me of these mark ups, and he gave me no answer. I told him I was going to consult someone about this, and he said “do what you gotta do” I should also mention that they lied about some of the features the truck had. Feel free to contact me at 650 814-9973 if you have doubts about my experience. I'll gladly provide proof. I have pictures, paperwork and unanswered emails to share. We learned our lesson the hard way and the unpleasant way, I suppose. I do not recommend this place to anyone, AND I'll never go back in the future. More
