Promaster junk, service manager rude and childish Bought a 2015 dodge promaster. Had problems with engine, door hinges at 10,000 miles. Service manager refused to service or work on it. Have been there on occasions for my other jeep vehicle and the service manager is again rude and chilish every time. Will NEVER buy another chrysler product again! More
"xxxx"Cat Search Turned Into Dream Car Realized Back in about March of 2015 I decided to get a Dodge Hellcat Challenger. I went to the local dealer In Sagle, Idaho first to see about ordering a Back in about March of 2015 I decided to get a Dodge Hellcat Challenger. I went to the local dealer In Sagle, Idaho first to see about ordering a car. I was told that they had no allocation and could not get me one as the car was in high demand and short supply. I set out contacting other dealers and found one that said they could get me a “Hellcat” and took my deposit and ordered the car with the understanding that I was on “the waiting list”. Time went by and now it’s August 2015 and then I am informed that my order has been cancelled because “Chrysler/Dodge” won’t be able to fill all the orders taken for the MY 2015. “Chrysler/Dodge” issues to me a Voucher (of a given value) to be used towards purchase of a MY 2016 Challenger Hellcat. Problem is that now I am effectively cast back to the “end of the line” in trying to order a new car. I started contacting dealers all over the country as far as Missouri and down to Texas. I got “No” for an answer most of the time, with the others wanting from $10,000 to $20,000 over MSRP. One dealer put me back on their “waiting list” with no confirmation of ever getting a car, only “maybe sometime next year!” It was in August 2015 that I went back to Pierce Auto Center again and met Jon Stolz. We talked about the “Hellcat” and we came to an agreement on an acceptable price for the new car if he could get an allocation. He took the Voucher that I received from the manufacturer and confronted the area representative with, “What good is a Voucher if you are sent to the back of the line and can’t get an allocation to order a car!” Jon worked with the representative until he was able to issue a “Special Allocation”. This process took until November 5, 2015 when the car was finally ordered. Jon never let up. Jon kept me informed through the process all the way to delivery. I made some other contacts on the internet and was able to track the shipment of the car all the way to Spokane, Washington where the car was released by the rail yard for the next vendor, and placed in an outdoor storage yard where it sat for the next 9 days only 70 miles from the final destination. Jon could not get any information/confirmation as to the delivery schedule for this “special SOLD order”. After more than a reasonable time had elapsed and no car, Jon went the “extra mile” (70) with a flatbed tow truck/&driver to Spokane and insisted the car to be released. The person responsible for releasing the car had “gone on vacation”. Jon tracked him down and insisted that he did his job as he should have made sure someone would “cover” him in his absence. The car was released, got loaded up and taken back to Pierce Auto Center in Sagle, Idaho Sometime after 9pm on December 30th when Jon got back from Spokane, he called me to say that I could come get my new 2016 Challenger Hellcat in the morning. What a great surprise! He really worked hard for me to realize my dream car! More

Answered all my questions, negotiated price and warranty and within a week I was on a plane to Spokane where Jon met me in the terminal at 10 PM with the Truck! Signed the papers right there and drove away. Amazing. No sweating in the box, no bait and switch, no upsell. Changed my worldview about truck buying. Jon has been excellent in responding to any issues or concerns I have had since then. My only regret is that Pierce Auto is too far away to do my maintenance and mechanical. Jason Allen More
Pierce Dodge Sagle Idaho Vs Towbin Dodge Las Vegas Bought a new 2015 Dodge ram Laramie turbo diesel at Towbin Las Vegas. Tire pressure sensors were defective. Towbin Service said :sensors were on back Bought a new 2015 Dodge ram Laramie turbo diesel at Towbin Las Vegas. Tire pressure sensors were defective. Towbin Service said :sensors were on back order and would take 3 to 4 months to get in & did not show any interest in the fact new truck sensors were defective & Towbin touts themselves as the largest dealership in USA. I went to a small dealership, Pierce dadge in Sagle Idaho, right outside of Sandpoint. They had the censors in the very next day and repaired my truck under warranty in two hours. I was impressed with the Pierce service department. The Pierce service department was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, helpful & true professionals in every sense of the word!!!!!!! I now regret buying my truck from Towbin and wish I had purchased it from Pierce Dodge!!!! Although I have 2 years free service and maintenance at Towbin, I will gladly pay for service work at Pierce because I trust the Pierce Dodge Service department implicitly and have no confidence or trust in Towbin dodge, Las Vegas. I would not recommend Towbin dodge las Vegas to anyone but without hesitation I would highly recommend Pierce dodge in Sagle, Idaho. They are true professionals in every sense of the word and I have complete confidence in the Pierce dodge Service Department. Pierce dodge is honorable, knowledgeable, & completely trustworthy. I am so happy I found Pierce Dodge!!! and only wish i had purchased my truck from Pierce instead of Towbin!!!! More

Nick Pierce was extremely professional and made the ordering process a breeze. When we came to pick up our new truck it was detailed and ready to drive off the lot. Preston was immensely helpful with all the paperwork and explaining the different warranties to us. Ian was extremely knowledgeable and educated us on how everything worked. My salesmen Ian W. did a fantastic job and was very knowledgable. This was the first diesel truck i have ever purchased and had all my questions answered (Ram 3500). I was given a tour of the service and parts department and introduced to the managers. They really rolled out the red carpet for me and have earned my business for life. More
Outstanding Purchase Experience I called Pierce Auto Center in Sagle, ID on 3/10/2015 at 3:16 pm, in need of a new truck and was immediately put in touch with Jeff Bradley from their I called Pierce Auto Center in Sagle, ID on 3/10/2015 at 3:16 pm, in need of a new truck and was immediately put in touch with Jeff Bradley from their sales department. I had previous experience with Mr. Bradley when he had assisted with the purchase of a family Jeep in 2014. Within a 5 minute conversation with Jeff, he was able to narrow down exactly what I needed and had multiple vehicle waiting for my arrival 30 minutes later. He proved himself very knowledgeable in all the features for each of the vehicles and we were able to be on the road for a test drive in a 2015 Ram 2500 in 10 minutes of my arrival. Not only was Jeff able to answer all my questions informatively but he was stellar in pointing out aspects of the vehicle which I had not though of. I was impressed enough with both the truck and the Sales Rep. to have Preston with the finance department run the numbers. Preston did his due diligence and was able to identify a payment and interest rate that I was happy with and we made the deal. Preston was straight forward about the 'add-on' items and wasn't pushy at all on the ones I declined. Paperwork done it was off to speak with Brian in service about planned upgrades for a future date. He was full of suggestions on what would work and what wouldn't and it was a good talk with someone who completely knew what he was talking about. By now it was after 5 pm and everyone else had gone home. Unknown to me at the time, Jeff and Preston had taken it upon themselves to fill the tank, wash, and vacuum the truck even though we had already scheduled a cleaning for the following day. The following day Jeff stopped by my office, picked up the truck that he had just washed the night before and had it "professionally" washed again. When he dropped it off he spent additional time going over all the little things that I hadn't figured out already. I cannot express how impressed I was with Pierce Auto's Sales, Finance, and Service Team. Any dealer out there can sell a vehicle once. But there is not many that can make you happy enough about the experience to return. I will be back! More

We then left, and a few days later went back into have the service department take a look at the xm radio in our current dodge Ram and they proceeded to tell us that there was nothing they could do and to go to a different dealership! Really! The customer service was terrible....I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. They're not willing to work with you financially and and they are not willing to work on your vehicle unless you have purchased it from them. More

Since then the service department (Brian Ivy) has been extremely helpful and very easy to work with. They take care of us always! More
