Unlike other dealerships where the sales person would make you wait, disappear for 10+ minutes by walking into a enclosed glass box every time he/she had to talk about pricing to their manager, my experience at Piedmont was surprisingly open and transparent. Though we differed initially on their offer on my trade in, General Sales manager Rich Kirby was able to convince me of the value of the overall deal. After the deal was made on the purchase and trade in, the service getting all the paperwork completed and into my new vehicle was quick and efficient. We got a call every other day or 2 xs a week stating our new car was on its way. We were lied to for 3 weeks from 3 different sales men. None of their stories matched when I talked to them. I was excited to get a new '15 Pilot, but with all the lies we were told it took the excitement out of it!! I would not recommend Piedmont Honda for anything and we will NEVER go back there! More
