Very helpful and not pushy. Charlie was good at explaining the details yet he was never pushy. I was particularly impressed that he came in on his day off for us to pick up the Charlie was good at explaining the details yet he was never pushy. I did have a lot of questions as cars have added a lot of new things since we last purchased a new one.
