I live closer to two other dealerships but I make the longer trip to deal with the guys in Langhorne. Here's why. I am on my second VW from this location. My 1st was a 2003 Passat GLS 1.8t - hands dow longer trip to deal with the guys in Langhorne. Here's why. I am on my second VW from this location. My 1st was a 2003 Passat GLS 1.8t - hands down, the best car I ever bought - and the service staff was helpful throughout the lifetime of that car. Got is used in 06 drive it for 140k trouble free miles just traded it in on a 2012 Jetta SE with convenience. Sold by Max Colish, good guy, easy going, helpful, no pressure. We were at first dealing with a lower trim level Dave Swartz got us a great deal on the next step up. Alas, my new 2012 Jetta had a weird noise after a few hundred miles. I took it back, the service staff agreed immediately that it was a problem - no runaround, no excuses. VW of NA had to get involved. They too agreed it was a problem. Turned out it was a spot weld issue from when it was manufactured that was in a very tricky location. VW agreed to replace the car. Dave and Frank were very communicative, always friendly, made sure I had a loaner and helped handle the deal when VW agreed to replace the car. The dealership did everything possible to make sure we were satisfied and informed throughout the situation and made sure the transfer for he new car went very smoothly. Our new-new Jetta is wonderful and we are very pleased. I was surprised to see the negativity about this place, I for one have never felt that way about my experience at VW of Langhorne. Love VWs and love working with Langhorne, we will be back again. More

I contacted the dealer on Saturday, February 4 to inquire about a deal with an advertised deadline of 1/31/2012. The salesperson told me he would still honor the deal thru Monday, February 6 and I set up an about a deal with an advertised deadline of 1/31/2012. The salesperson told me he would still honor the deal thru Monday, February 6 and I set up an appointment to come to the dealership on that day. Although the deal was no longer being offered by the manufacturer, VW of Langhorne did their best to honor the deal the best they could. I am very happy with the outcome. More

I hated doing business with this store. Classic used car salesmen. I've shopped in multiple dealerships in the recent weeks in looking for my vehicle, and the customer service at VW of Langhorne was quite f salesmen. I've shopped in multiple dealerships in the recent weeks in looking for my vehicle, and the customer service at VW of Langhorne was quite frankly abhorrent. From the moment I walked in the door, I really felt like these folks simply didn't want my business...at all. They were absolutely unwilling to entertain any discussion of price, and when communicating their unwillingness to budge on price they did so in an extremely condescending manner. When discussing the trade in value of my vehicle, they offered a price well below the salvage value communicated to me from my insurance company in recent weeks, and $600 less than a trade in value offered by another VW dealer 7 days earlier. They told me they did not want to provide basic registration and tagging services for my out of state vehicle "because it would be a lot easier" and then explained the difficulties they have in providing that service for out of state vehicles. They repeated it would be "much easier" about 5 times. Easier for who? Easier for them, not easier for the customer. It was unbelievable to me how these folks treat their customers. Their tone, their words, their actions all indicated that they are being put out by having to work with a customer to close a sale. I do not recommend you work with these guys - they are jerks. More

Just purchased a certified 2008 Rabbit. This was my smoothest used car transaction so far. After test driving the car I returned a few days later by train. Rich picked me up from Trenton train station. smoothest used car transaction so far. After test driving the car I returned a few days later by train. Rich picked me up from Trenton train station. Back at the dealer the car had already been prepared - the paperwork took a few minutes and after a handshake I was on my way. More
I'm appalled at the awful customer service I received at VW of Langhorne, PA. The sales staff is disrespectful and has been unwilling to assess my trade-back needs after I purchased a "certified" used VW th VW of Langhorne, PA. The sales staff is disrespectful and has been unwilling to assess my trade-back needs after I purchased a "certified" used VW that has been unsafe and has had over 15 serious repairs in less than one year. I've been given the runaround for MONTHS! This location truly does not care about customer satisfaction and I wouldn't wish my experience on my worst enemy! Please, please, please AVOID VW of Langhorne...for your own good! More
VW of Langhorne's service department is the best! Everyone is friendly and efficient. The car is ready when they say it will be and the work is done right the first time. The car is returned clean Everyone is friendly and efficient. The car is ready when they say it will be and the work is done right the first time. The car is returned clean - no greasy stering wheel or smudged seats. Frank, the service writer, is great to work with. A few times I have been there when a customer has given him a hard time, but he never loses it - I probably would have. A difficult job, at least from my point of view. The technicians get it right, and do one car after the other - all day long. Another difficult job, so I'm always glad they are there for me - car parts do wear out. More
