Good afternoon, I hope all is well. My name is Keshia Brantley and I have been a customer of the Volkswagen enterprise for a little over 5 years. This email is in reference to a specific location and service advisor who has been committing unethical business practices to generate revenue. I have experienced this treatment and now am currently out of a car by this matter. My issues involving my 2020 Jetta. I am the owner of a 2020 Volkswagen Jetta. I've been getting my car serviced at this location for over a year. I've had work done under warranty and outside of the warranty in at least 4-5 times with in the past 7-8 months. Visits occurring on 09/03/2024, 10/05/2024, 10/28/2024, 01/09/2025, 03/27/2025 and the most recent 06/18/2025. The visit which occurred on 01/09/2025 I complained about an oil leak and the service advisor "Frank Indelicato" stated they found the problem, and it involved the transmission. The car had supposedly $2,200 worth of work under warranty involving the transmission. I then went and got the car serviced for brake noise (which I was told the new brake pads and rotos needed to be broken in) so I didn't debate. Now forward to June, I take the car to be serviced due to an odd sound, which I mentioned to them it's coming from the engine. The same service Advisor "Frank Indelicato" explains the noise is coming from one place (control arm bushings) bottom of the car, but also states after they fix that problem, they will test the car again and see if the issue is still there. After misdiagnosis the car and spending over $1,400 including $199.95 to diagnosis the car, he then comes back and tell me, the only way to fix the car is by putting in a new transmission. I believe this individual is committing unethical crimes. Relating to intentionally misdiagnosing vehicles to generate revenue. I have reported this to the BBB & Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. However, I am considering litigation, social media and news outlet because I’m sure there are others who has had this same experienced but never took if further then yelling and fussing. More

I encourage to get service at Piazza Volkswagen Langhorne. On the other hand I will never forget the cheaters like Burlington Volkswagen, Burlington, NJ at route 130. They sold me dented and defected vehicle for A/C, oil leak tank and others like missing mats etc. when I reported within 5 days of purchase, they blame me. Even the sale person Alliy Haque to whom I showed the dent did not accepted. I was considering this dent a design as it was on the rook and clearly was not visible from down. Moreover, misbehave from sale Manager Meredith is outstanding. Please avoid to go Burlington Volkswagen. More

This is my third Atlas and first time using this dealership. Needed routine maintenance and a recall service. Frank was very accommodating with scheduling and communicating as far as the part for th dealership. Needed routine maintenance and a recall service. Today we purchased a 2022 volkswagon jetta se. I have went through the buying process 4 times in the last 15 years and this time was the first time I left feeling satisfied. I want to thank Gary Berlin and his management staff for a deal I am still shocked we got. I expected to be walking out due to overpriced sales with the whole car shortage but was totally mistaken. Why make a reservation for 8:30 in the morning if I won't get my car until the next day? $160.00/hour for labor, but if you have them look at 2 different issues, even if it only takes 30 minutes for a diagno get my car until the next day? $160.00/hour for labor, but if you have them look at 2 different issues, even if it only takes 30 minutes for a diagnosis of each issue, you will be charged $320.00. Why not just say "$160 to diagnose X". Gave us a quote of $160 + $628.04 to diagnose and replace the front door window guide, which is a $60.00 part. Really! Almost $800 to replace the window guide/regulator clips. This is why people don't take their cars to dealers for repairs. More
