We bought our car with a transmission issue. Since the transmission was still under warranty, there wasn't any cost involved for us. We worked with Ben DiDomenick in your service department, who is the best person we ever worked with at a Dealership. He listened to what I was telling him about what the car was doing, and he finally found the issue. The issue was a problem that gave us all a difficult time. On the third try in fixing this issue, it was finally resolved, and I am grateful to Ben for being so patient, kind, and attentive to the problem. He went the extra mile to ensure our car was fixed correctly, and I appreciate everything that he did for us to get this car fixed. Thanks Ben!!! More

This dealership needs to be more customer centric! This is my second WRX and this car has the same exact problems the first car had. Not enough loaner cars to service your customers is bad customer service and waiting for service for an hour and half is unacceptable. For me this is the last Subaru I will ever buy! I honestly can’t wait for next 5,000 miles for the warranty to expire and sell this car and be done with Subaru forever. More
