We already bought a Mazda 3 Grand Touring 2011 from them for our daughter and knew Pat Oliveto from another car we bought for our daughter. Pat is knowledgeable, works with you to come up with fair pricing and trade-in value, pairs you with a top notch salesperson, and then makes sure you are 100% happy with your decision before any paperwork is started. Most managers I've dealt with over the years have never suggested that I check other makes/models before I commit. I had already looked at other cars, so I knew I was confident in my choice. John was terrific. He was patient while I took the car on another test drive and he was very comprehensive explaining the features. He also did a comparison for me between the Mazda 6 Grand Touring and another model I had looked at seriously before coming to Piazza Mazda. The willingness to make sure I was satisfied and not to push me into a decision made the entire experience so different from others I had in the past. More
