Great job - I dropped my car off for an oil change and to have a vibration noise looked at. The noise was an issue covered by warranty. I also had to fix a tire valve. We went to Piazza Mazda to get a new car, after doing a lot of research on prices/options etc. I was also told that Piazza were good with sales, and were reputable dealers. True to that, when we first walked in Mike was ever friendly and asked how he could make our day better. I told him that we wanted a specific vehicle with options at a specific price that I was willing to pay. He smiled and said he'll make sure we get there. I told him what we wanted, without much haggling I actually got a very fair deal for the vehicle I wanted. He did not try to sell me anything more than what I wanted, and needed. True customer oriented sales!! We walked out with a brand new car and a sense of accomplishment. Mike went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of at every step of the car-buying process and would definitely give him 2 thumbs up! More
