Very good service. I was dropping my car off early for service the next day, and they were able to complete the service on the same day I dropped off the car. The turnaround here is always quick, I'll call to schedule an appointment and they usually fit me in the next day, I always have my car back the same day regardless of what I am having done. Everyone I've dealt with is very polite and explains to me what they are doing with my car, what absolutely needs to be done and what can wait until next visit. I feel like this is an honest service shop, they'll let me know that a, b and c need to be taken care right away but x, y, and z are fine now but will eventually need to be changed/tuned up/worked a little down the road (as opposed to some shops that give you a huge-expensive list of repairs every time you go in). I receive reminders in the mail letting me know when I'm coming up on a needed service and often get coupons for discounted services. My car is 5 & 1/2 years old now and does need a few things fixed now and then, each time something is fixed the car rides like new again. More

We went to the Piazza service center to diagnose a vibration while turning left in our Mazda CX-9. Jeremy was extremely helpful in listening to the problem with the vehicle and explaining what they w vibration while turning left in our Mazda CX-9. Within 15 minutes he was in the waiting room explaining that we needed to replace our wheel bearing. He gave me an accurate time estimate for the service and covered it under warranty. After a short amount of time he returned and explained that the technician had replaced the front wheel bearing, but upon a test drive continued to hear the vibration. He suggested replacing the rear wheel bearing, once again under warranty. The service was done quickly and I was constantly kept up to date on the status of my car. Jeremy explained the issues with the vehicle thoroughly and was extremely pleasant to interact with. We will continue to have all our service done at Piazza Mazda and plan to purchase further vehicles from this dealer. More
