I have purchased two cars and have had them both serviced at Piazza Mazda of West Chester (from the time it was Brandywine Mazda). Unlike some other dealers I have worked with in the past for service, I do not have the feeling that unnecessary services are recommended just to make a buck off the customer. In fact, I have found a more conservative approach so when something is recommended by Bill or Paul I can be pretty sure it is necssary. My sales experience in the past has also been positive. I would have no trouble recommending Piazza Mazda to others based on my past experience. More

I took my Mazdaspeed 3 to be serviced for oil change and filter. Dropped the car off around 7:30am and the vehicle was expressly finished in a timely manor around 9:30am.
