Although we live closer to several Mazda dealers, my family and I have purchased 5 cars from this dealership (formerly Brandwine Mazda, now Piazza Mazda) -- including 4 from sales consultant Fred Deal h family and I have purchased 5 cars from this dealership (formerly Brandwine Mazda, now Piazza Mazda) -- including 4 from sales consultant Fred Deal himself and 1 from sales consultant Mike Losardo on referral from Fred. General Manager Pat Oliveto and Finance Manager Joseph Lewis (now in sales) were always very helpful with the transactions. We always ended up with good cars at a good price withou haggling or hard sell. Since these cars were Mazdas, of course we've had very little need for service, but the few times we needed help with minor problems or Mazda-initiated service bulletins, we always received prompt, courteous, and efficient service from Paul Curtis's service department. But, really, our customer loyalty speaks volumes for this dealership! More

I was there for oil change for our new Mazda3. When we purchased the car, we were told that the first service would be complementary. And it was!! I didn't have the free service coupon with me, but they p purchased the car, we were told that the first service would be complementary. And it was!! I bought a new car from wonderful Fred Deal a year ago, which was a far less scary ordeal than I had imagined and feared. Great! My routine oil changes have been nothing but easy and quick. The oil change was done very quickly. It took only thirty minutes. I was able to sit and wait in a comfortable lounge.
