My wife and myself have purchase 2 vehicles from this Mazda dealership over the last 6 years as well as a 1996 Mazda 6 we new purchased from another dealership in another part of the country..... In essence we have been using this dearlership going on 13 years. We have had a long and very satisfactory expierence with Mazda vehicles and in particular this dealership. We have worked with Paul Curtis for many years and have been provided exceptional service at all times.....& and are looking forward to purchasing our next Mazda vehicle from Piazza...... More

Paul Curtis at Piazza Mazda were excellent! I had scheduled an appointment to install some options/packages on my new CX-9. They are consistently flexible and knowledgible. I generally work with Paul and he's always very friendly and considerate of my time. Was met with a very professional service staff and as always they took care of my service (Oil change/rotate tires). They used the customer provide oil and corrected the glove box light. I would recommend Piazza Mazda bc both my wife and I have had our cars (both Mazdas, one of which was bought new at the dealer) serviced with them since 2005. Their customer service is outstanding. Everyone I speak to on the phone is courteous, friendly, and helpful. Also, they send out frequent coupons to use for service visits and they frequently solicit customer feedback, which suggests to me that they are committed to excellence. During service visits, they make sure I understand any work being done and always get my approval before doing work that will add extra cost to me. On a recent visit, they were describing a noise my engine was making. I was not sure what they were talking about so Bill walked me out in the rain and had me start the car up so I could hear it. I love the fact that I do not have to worry about being taken advantage of and I also love the confidence of driving a car that is in very good and capable hands. Whenever we have to get a new car, if we are still in the area, I won't even look elsewhere. We'll be going to Piazza Mazda. More
The service experience has always been satisfactory. I have never had any surprises, other than service costing less than I expected. The hours eliminate me from bringing my car anytime other than Saturdays. More
The appointment making process was standard and quick. I was able to make an appointment for a desirable time. My car was serviced quite promptly. I actually made two appointments relatively close to each other--the first for state inspection and wheel alignment. The second was for a check engine light and dashboard airbag light. The first appointment went very smoothly. My car was in good working order and my alignment was now corrected. Paul Curtis was the main person I spoke to and he was very polite and professional. The staff overall seemed pleasant, but didn't go out of their way to greet me or chat at all. For the second appointment, I was able to get a time I wanted again and the service was speedy, as was the previous. The repairs were done by the time they said and I was on my way. The only problem is that a day or two later, my check engine light and my airbag light were back. The check engine light stayed on all day, but the next day it was off again. It hasn't persisted since, for now, and I am hoping it stays that way. The airbag light is still currently an issue. To be fair, the mechanic did tell me that he tried to fix it, but the light may come back on and that would mean I need to replace the part entirely. I was not made aware that replacing any specific part may even be necessary until after the work was already completed, so essentially, I wasn't very well informed prior to repairs about what needed to be done and what the choices were as far as repairs went. I would have liked to be given the options and weigh them out myself, according to my financial abilities at the time, especially since apparently the "repair" was just a temporary patch that didn't last very long, causing me to pay extra in labor in the long run. Overall, my experiences with Piazza Mazda was met with professional demeanor and timely service, but the mechanic the second time around could have been more informative, especially in a situation involving an important safety feature. For now, I'll stick with this dealership for car repairs since my car is a Mazda and they seem to have the knowledge and equipment to service my car properly. I just wish the communication was better. If for whatever reason this becomes a regular issue, then I would certainly consider finding another mechanic. I really hope this is just an isolated oversight, though, since this is the most convenient Mazda location for me. More

I would have preferred to spend a little less, but for what I got the price was worth it and has been listed a lot higher on other places and sites including used car dealerships. More
