This was my first service visit for a 3,500 mil check-up. The man who helped me was very thorough and took his time explaining what services would be performed. When she still seemed unclear, he was kind and patient and tried to simplify his explanation. He really seemed to take his time with each person. I have been using this dealership for at least 6 years. I have bought 2 cars from them, my daughter has bought 2 cars from them, and my husband has bought at least 2 cars from them. The sales department works with the customer, listens to the customers needs, and does not try to sell the customer a car that the customer does not want. Their service is excellent. I trust Paul and Bill. I know if they make a recommendation, it is worth it. They go above and beyond to make sure my car is maintained in excellent condition. Even though I now live in Pottstown, PA. I will drive the 50 minutes to have my car maintained at this dealership. It is worth it! More
