I stared a new job close to this location. I called in about a part that was recalled for my 2008 Mazda 3. Was able to drop my car off there while at work. I hate buying cars. I hate the silly negotiation process and I hate hard sell techniques. I didn't experience anything like that this time. Perhaps it was because I was in buying a second car and it didn't and I hate hard sell techniques. I didn't experience anything like that this time. Everything was transparent and I was even able to "talk" to him by email, which was a huge convenience, for both of us. The dealership facility itself is old and in need of updating, but the customer service from the sales department couldn't have been easier and nicer to deal with. More
I initially went with my girlfriend to help pick out a new Mazda for her. We properly greeted with a smile by one of their Sales Reps Phil Saraceni. He did such an amazing job helping my girlfriend with buying her car that I decided to look into a used Mercedes they had on their lot. While Phil was helping my girlfriend wrap up some paperwork I was shown the Mercedes by their General Mgr Pat Oliveto who also was very upfront and eager to show me the history on the car via the CarFax report. Most dealerships I’ve dealt with in the past it’s like pulling teeth to get them to show you the CarFax and Pat actually offered to show me without me even asking. Pat and Phil both helped work out a FANTASTIC deal on the Mercedes never once acting like they were doing me a favor by giving me a good deal (I hate when dealers pull that card). Instead they listened to my counter offer and didn’t hesitate to see what they could do to make the deal work. Never once were they pushy. We ended up agreeing on a deal I couldn’t refuse. To be honest, I had no intentions of buying a car until next year but this dealership along with Phil and Pat made it so easy to pull the trigger early. The car was in immaculate condition, the deal was there, and the experience was the best I’ve had at a dealer! A day after I bought the car I noticed there was a problem with the windshield wipers. I made one phone call to Phil who worked with Pat and they had it fixed right in a timely manner and they didn’t charge me for it. They even gave me a free loaner car while it was being repaired. Now that’s customer service at its finest right there!! They didn’t have to do all that because I had already bought the car and didn’t have a warranty to cover the repair but they handled it because that’s just the type of service they provide there. All in all, I can’t say enough about these guys and I will be recommending them to all my friends and family! More

It's hard to put into words just how great Phil our sames rep and Pat the general manager were. The past weekend we visited as I was interested in a 2010 used Mazda 3. However, I wound up leaving Tuesday nig rep and Pat the general manager were. The past weekend we visited as I was interested in a 2010 used Mazda 3. However, I wound up leaving Tuesday night with a brand new Mazda 3. They worked with me to get everything I wanted, but still keep me on budget. From the first moment we met Phil, he helped us in any and every way he could- he was even the one that detailed my car when I picked it up, due to it being late and the detailer guy not being there any more! Not only did Phil help me get my dream car, but he helped my boyfriend work out an amazing deal for Mercedes they had recently gotten on the lot. His car is just gorgeous. Pat the whole time was right there to help in the process. I cant say enough how much of a great experience we had. They have the nicest staff that is there to HELP you. I would recommend them to anyone ever looking for a car. They're just fantastic and I am very grateful for all their awesome help and work! More
