My initial phone contact was with Paul, and when I arrived there, as it turned out, that's who I saw at the counter, too. He was extremely pleasant, as were the other two gentlemen but I don't know t arrived there, as it turned out, that's who I saw at the counter, too. Even though I made a last minute appointment, I got great service. The staff are efficient and friendly. I recently went to Piazza Mazda for service, but I also purchased my car there a little over a year ago. My overall experience so far has been positive. Everyone was nice and easy to talk to. So far they h purchased my car there a little over a year ago. My overall experience so far has been positive. Everyone was nice and easy to talk to. So far they have taken great care of my car. The only issue I have, which is more of an annoyance really, is that whenever I take my car in for service I call and make an appointment detailing what I need done. However, so far, when I bring my car in I'm asked what needs to be done to my car as if I never called. I don't know maybe I'm doing something wrong. Overall I would recommend this dealership, everything has been pleasant so far and my has been and is always running great. More

I went to the Mazda dealer for my state inspection and to have a rear wiper replaced, as well as a routine oil change. My concern was that the dealer would charge more than an independent mechanic. It t to have a rear wiper replaced, as well as a routine oil change. My concern was that the dealer would charge more than an independent mechanic. It turned out that I needed new brakes, front & rear. So although I ended up spending my whole paycheck which was unexpected, I can't tell whether using the dealer was more expensive or not. The guys I dealt with were friendly and efficient. And I certainly appreciated the use of a loaner car, so my day wasn't wasted. All in all, a positive experience with this dealer. I would return to them again. :) More

Nick was really helpful with answering all my questions and allowing me the time to feel comfortable with the purchase. Nick and Lee both stayed really late in order for us to finish up all the paper work. and allowing me the time to feel comfortable with the purchase.
