My experience with Chris Angelone was very positive. He was friendly and returned calls promptly. I did have a rather long wait when purchasing my car; considering I called and made a deal beforehand, it w was friendly and returned calls promptly. I did have a rather long wait when purchasing my car; considering I called and made a deal beforehand, it would have been nice of the sales manager to have the paperwork ready before I arrived. I paid a fair price for my '99 Miata (actually, about $200 above KBB), but I'm happy with the car. My only regret is accepting a fraction of what my trade was worth. More

My wife and I were looking at both the CX5 and the RAV4 but when we need to test drive both of them Chris was helpful in setting up a time for us to drive the CX-5. Then when we found the time to test driv but when we need to test drive both of them Chris was helpful in setting up a time for us to drive the CX-5. Then when we found the time to test drive the CX5 Chris was off but John fill in and was really good in explaining all the options on the car. John did not press us for a sale at all. but after the test drive my wife & I knew the CX5 was for us. So we bought it that night and pick it two days later. Lee was very good with explaining all of the paperwork. We love the car and would buy again from Piazza Mazda. I have ask a few questions about the optins on the car since I pick it up and John have been great about answering all of the questions fast. More

Best car buying experience in my life! No pressure, had a color I liked and the features I wanted. Salesman Philip Saraceni went above and beyond to answer all questions about features, financing, service. a color I liked and the features I wanted. Salesman Philip Saraceni went above and beyond to answer all questions about features, financing, service. Even took time on his day off to help make the paperwork go smoothly. When I picked up the car he spent 45 minutes with me explaining all the features, from how to set up the Navigation and update the maps, he even set up my bluetooth devices and Ipod classic to work with the new vehicle. I never saw anyone who new the product as well as he did. I go no BS answers to any of my questions. I'll be back and recommend this dealer to everyone I know looking for a car. More
