This was the best experience I ever had buying a car. It is also the first time I didn't have a trade in. I told Bob & Kevin what I wanted and they gave me a fair price and .9 % financing. I also received a $500 discount because we owned a Hyundai Tucson. We checked tru car & consumer reports for good pricing information and Piazza beat the prices listed on those web sites. There was no bull crap when I came in to sign the papers with Mike. Everything was on the up & up. Plus I got a great car, the Mazda 6 grand touring edition. Decided to go one night to Piazza Mazda to check out some information I couldn't find on the internet. Chris Angelone was the person who did internet sales, so he took my questions. Only an hour before the dealership closed, and he wasn't in a hurry. He answered my questions, and let me take the car for a test drive. Answered more questions, and asked me what I wanted to do about the car. I was sold, and proceeded to work on the pricing of the car. After the showing me the price for the CX5, we worked on the price of the trade-in. By this time, it was closing time, but he didn't seem to be in a hurry to leave, so we finished discussing the price of the trade-in. I came back 2 days later to pick up my brand new CX5, he showed to the parts pickup place, bought some accessories and left. Was a wonderful experience, and I would like the thank Chris for the professionalism shown to me during that time. I would like to bring up something that does bug me, it happened 2 yrs ago when my wife bought a car and two weeks ago when I was looking. When someone is looking for information on a car, not going to buy that day, It is still a potential sale. We should be due the same courtesy as if we are buying a car that day. We finalized the deal in a matter of minutes with Chris being truthful in his answers, never pressuring me for the sale. Once the sale was made, Lee Levy handled the paperwork. Lee was quite thorough, yet we got through the paperwork quickly. While the paperwork was being done, the Service Dept. put on a couple of accessories - nice job and fast. Chris then walked me out to the well detailed new vehicle and thoroughly went over the operation of the vehicle. Chris even set-up my phone with the vehicles Bluetooth system. From the beginning, the sales team here didn't seem to want to make the sale. They were abrasive throughout the process, aggressive, and generally unkind. I recently purchased a used Mazda at Piazza Mazda of West Chester. I had done my research prior to going to the dealership and already knew the exact car I was interested in. Unfortunately the salesman I ended up working with, Bob lacked any type interpersonal skills or even the proper knowledge about the product. There were two issues with the car that I addressed and when i commented on the issues he didn't even respond to me. He completely ignored me when I talked and due to one of the issues I wanted a few hundred dollars off of the ticket price and when he did finally respond to me after trying to get his attention numerous times he told me that the manager wouldn't do anything for me and he just sat there, I had to threaten leaving before he got up to even try to see if the sales manager could help me with the issue. I really wanted the car and therefore was persistent with Bob and the sale but it was a horrible experience and if I ever go back to the dealership I will refuse to work with him. I only test drove one car and I ended up being there for close to 5 hours because Bob moved so slow even when I expressed that I had to be somewhere at a certain time. He spoke so quietly that it was very hard to hear him when he did decide to talk and the rest of the time it was just very uncomfortable being in his presence trying to make a sales transaction. I was able to interact with a different salesman there at the dealership at one point who was very helpful with a couple of the questions I had so it wasn't as if everybody at the dealership was a poor salesman but I was very unhappy with my experience with Bob.
