I had a great experience with getting my oil and oil filter changed! The employees I encountered were very friendly and helpful! Piazza has lost my business completely after two years. So this is where i usally get my oil change done since I bought my car from piazza Mitsubishi. So every time i get my oil change I get a tire rotatio So this is where i usally get my oil change done since I bought my car from piazza Mitsubishi. So every time i get my oil change I get a tire rotation i have all the receipts to prove it. Long story short three times I have gotten my oil change / tire rotation they have not rotated my tire. So this time when i drop it off i mention it to the service guy and he tells me I'll make sure he gets it done. Ok cool not enough for me so i go to the parking lot get a marker and mark my tires so that i have proof this time because if I don't it's my word v.s there's which is why i never fought the other 3 times. So I get my car back from service and guess where my LHR(left hand rear) and RHR marks are on my tire. You guessed it same exact spot. And at this point I'm annoyed so i go in and tell Steve. Look man they did it again they didn't rotate my tires. He get's pissed off and says it's impossible. I try to show him the proof i have the video and i have the marks to prove it. He's telling me if my technician said he did it then he did it. Ohhh that's it l lost it. Like you're taking his word over cold hard proof. So he goes and gets his technician after fighting with me. I am upset at this point I try to point out my finds to the technician but he just walks away because I'm upset. And you xxxx right upset i have every xxxx right to be. I've paid for four tire rotations at this point $100 and it did not get done. They ended up never admitting they were wrong even with all the proof i had and said you know what just to make you feel better we will just rotate your tires now. Yeah that's it another 30 mins of waiting for a tire rotation. I just walked across the street and ended up getting Springfield Mitsubishi's business card never again. IF you are wondering how i knew they where never rotating my tires it's because the driver side rear was replaced about 8 months back due to a nail so it was the newest tire out of all of them. And it has not moved since I had them put it on there. More
