Outstanding sales dept but service dept is will take advantage of you recommending items you don't need and charges prices well above non-dealer auto service companies. Service Good, People Nice, But. I have bought 5 cars here and always had them serviced at this location. Noticed a change when Piazza took over the dealership. Failing inspections for what I felt were non-violations. I feel that this may be due to policy from the upper management, because all the employees I dealt with were nice and (except for 1 minor issue) did good work. Sorry to say, I won't be going back. I couldnt give it zero stars because it doesnt allow me to. I had a terrible experience with the service department of Mazda. I took my car in for a inspection on a Tuesday. Later in the day recieve a te to. I had a terrible experience with the service department of Mazda. I took my car in for a inspection on a Tuesday. Later in the day recieve a text with 650$ worth of things that need done for a 2015 CX5. Make sure to give a quick look over your car before you take it. To name a few. One was to replace air filter for 55$ when it was changed a few months ago. Another was 25$ for a tail light when it's a 2$ part. And 280$ for a belt tensioner that cost 50$ and my belt doesnt even make a sound. So I said no to all but had to have them replace a tire and light to pass inspection. The tire which is only a couple months old had a plug in it which they said it was to close to sidewall so they ordered a new one. Told me car would be done Wednesday. Wednesday comes and get a text saying couldnt get tire would be done Thursday. So we wait, they never offer a loaner or anything. Thursday comes and I hear nothing all day so I call at 5pm and ask if I can pick up my car. They told me it didnt make it on truck so it will be done Friday. Still no mention of helping out with loaner or anything and it's my wife's car with our sons car seat in it. Friday comes and they tell me pick up by 6pm. Ok I was gonna work OT til 5 and pick it up. Couple hours later recieve a text saying needs to be picked up by 5pm. So now I gotta lose money to go pick it up. Get there and they dont offer nothing for my troubles and or me losing money for having to pick it up. Very poor customer service. Plus I got tire back they replaced and sent pictures to other mechanics and they told me that it would've passed inspection. More
