We bought a 2018 cx9 and It was supposed to be detailed for us the next day. We got a call the next day the car was ready to go, it was not near ready. Wheels were dirty with brake dust and the the interio for us the next day. We got a call the next day the car was ready to go, it was not near ready. Wheels were dirty with brake dust and the the interior was not touched. Motor compartment was just brushed over and smudged. I felt bad for my wife so when I got home I detailed it for her. I didn't bother to make a fuss because I was not going to leave and come back for the car the next day. Sales department did there job. Got the car moved fast. More

The car I requested to test drive was set aside for me with my name on the dash. This was huge as after requesting to test drive a car at another dealership within the piazza family the car I drove an hou with my name on the dash.
