IT TOOK ME NO TIME AT ALL TO BUY MY NEW MIATA FROM THESE GUYS!!!! IT WAS A WONDERFUL TIME AND I TYPICALLY DREAD CAR SHOPPING. THEY HAD THE PERFECT CAR FOR ME ON LINE. WHEN I CALLED IN TO SEE IF THE CAR WAS GUYS!!!! IT WAS A WONDERFUL TIME AND I TYPICALLY DREAD CAR SHOPPING. THEY HAD THE PERFECT CAR FOR ME ON LINE. WHEN I CALLED IN TO SEE IF THE CAR WAS AVAILABLE THE, YOUNG LADY, ANN I THINK IT WAS TOLD ME TO EXPECT A CALL AND WITHIN MINUTES I HEARD FROM DARREN THAT THE CAR WAS STILL AT THE STORE. CAME OVER RIGHT AFTER WORK, THE MIATA WAS WAITING BY THE DOOR, TOP DOWN AND READY TO DRIVE. LUCAS SHOWED ME A NEAT LITTLE PLACE TO DRIVE IT SO THAT I REALLY TEST DROVE THE CAR....I LOVED IT. WITHIN TEN OR TWENTY MINUTES LATER, BRIAN HAD THE PAPER WORK TOGETHER AND I WAS DRIVING HOME BEFORE SUNSET. THANKS ALL! More

Very pleasant experience. Mr. Whitney was very knowledgeable concerning the Mazda line. There was no hard pressure during the sale. Some dealerships try to keep you in the office for hours upon h knowledgeable concerning the Mazda line. There was no hard pressure during the sale. Some dealerships try to keep you in the office for hours upon hours playing the sales game with the different managers involved, but not here at Masano Mazda. They came up with a great price in the beginning which I thought was very reasonable. I did much research before going there so I knew right where I wanted to be and they came to the table ready to make a deal. The whole experience took slightly over an hour which was I thought was unreal when you factor in all the standard paperwork and credit applications, etc. Bonus is that they also offer free lifetime inspections while I own the car. That is a great bonus especially in Pennsylvania with both the general and emission testing that is needed. Wouldn't hesitate to go back again. More
Vincent was the mmost friendliest dealer I have ever dealt with. He explained everything to me I needed to know. He also answered all of my questions. I was so excited when we starting looking for a RX8 - found one at TM Mazda - went down where Bob Knosp was our salesman. Due to major back surgery effecting us hard on credit, we had to go the hard way, found one at TM Mazda - went down where Bob Knosp was our salesman. Due to major back surgery effecting us hard on credit, we had to go the hard way, with high interest financing but my husband agreed as we need to rebuild. All my husband wanted was 300 more for our trade and to remove 2nd vehicle from the deal. Ended up speaking w/sales mgr Darren i believe as Bob was busy with other customer - what a rude man - told him we were asking 300 more for trade and no 2nd vehicle trade - told me bluntly I won;t give you anymore for motorcycle and deal is with both vehicles or you have to come up with $1350 in cash to make up for it cuz that's how the approval went thru - like it would have been so hard to resend to bank for re-approval. People rarely make me cry, but I was in tears, so my husband call him and tected me the man was rude and we will not do business with TM if that is how they treat their customers. I am crushed and Bruce Masano is out. Bob, you r are great...Darren - thank God your only in sales and not a doctor for cancer patients with as little authority you have, you still crush people of their dreams with your ignornace and bad attitude!!!! Consumers beware! Compare window sticker to actual options on car when thinking of purchasing a used vehicle from this or any of the Masano dealerships. There were many options listed on the window sticker that were actually NOT part of the car we test drove. When the discrepancies were brought to the sales manager's attention, his claim was ignorance and that a "third party makes up the window sticker options" and that "there is no way we could possibly know what options are part of every car on the lot." It was later found out that there were several other complaints lodged against this dealership for this same kind of false advertisement. Pleasant customer service with the sales rep but the dealership management and how they conduct business is extremely shady. Shop smart when purchasing a used vehicle from any of the Masano dealerships and always make sure you compare the window sticker to what you are considering buying. More
