That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at their dealership.At Tom Masano Automotive Group, we pride ourselves in our full disclosure approach. The optional extension of the factory warranty does indeed cost money and is listed as a seperate line item on bills of sale, contract and optional product disclosures and all of these documents are signed at time of sale. However, we refunded that too.
