I was actually at the dealership to have service performed on my Mazda 6, so I'm already a Mazda fan. I knew that we were eventually going to be looking for a new vehicle for my husband so while I performed on my Mazda 6, so I'm already a Mazda fan. I knew that we were eventually going to be looking for a new vehicle for my husband so while I was waiting I started looking at the CX5 and CX9. Michael did not "attack" me as soon as I started looking, but after a short period of time he casually came over to see if he could help me with any questions. I never felt pressured to take a test drive, he allowed me to explain our situation and that we likely weren't ready to purchase anything. As it turns out my husband and I visited the dealership the following day. Mike spent about 2 hours with us allowing my husband to test drive the car, talk about the different options, the discounts Mazda was offering etc. I had to come back a few days later at 11:00 am to have a part replaced on my Mazda 6, Mike knew that and while Mike was not scheduled to work until 12:00 he was there when I arrived @ 11:00 am. What really impressed me was the fact that he never came running over to me. He was at his desk, he knew I knew he was there, and he allowed me the time I needed before I came over to him. Once again he listened as I bounced some things back and forth about how we weren't really thinking about buying a car at this time, but he never did the sales pressure thing that we've so come to know of car dealers. I think that's why we kept coming back, because he allowed us the time we needed to make an informed decision rather than a pressure decision. My husband and I came back a few days later, Mike had the car we were interested in sitting out front all nice and clean ready for us to take it again for another test drive.........which we did, and this one was longer and more highway so we could further see some of the features we would be getting with the vehicle and we bought the car that day! We are notorious for procrastinating, especially on big ticket items like a new vehicle. It was only 6 days from the time I first started looking at the Mazda CX5 until we purchased the vehicle!!! My 24 year old son was extremely impressed!! Mike treated us like we were his only customer, he encouraged us to look at some of the other vehicles we were considering because he was confident we would find that the CX5 was the best buy....and it was. There was no pressure, we bought this vehicle because we wanted to and we wanted to because Michael took the time to explain and show us everything about the vehicle. More
Mike McCormac was a fine person to work with however the sales manager was the woarst I've ever dealt with. First they did not give me their low internet price.There "best" price was $600 more. Then the sales manger would not go over the fees and he said I was killing his BUZZ because I was asking questions. We spent 10 with him insulting my car buying intelligence. We walked out insulted, aggravated and will never return. Today we bought a Mazda5 from Jack Giambalvo in York, PA. We got a great deal with very easy negotiations. More

I just finished the process of buying my first brand new car. Jack Burke was an excellent salesman to work with. I never felt uncomfortable or pressured into anything. Michael was terrific to work with. He worked with me to find the vehicle I was looking for. It took a few weeks to acquire the vehicle that had the interior color that I wanted with the white exterior and find the vehicle I was looking for. Michael kept me informed and actually texted a picture of the vehicle when it arrived on the truck at the dealership. The finance dept was terrific as well. Quick and painless which is what I prefer. I would definitely refer a Michael to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More
