The 2014 Mazda 6 caught his eye because it has a beautiful design, and it has all the bells and whistles he wanted. When we first arrived on the lot, a woman with a big smile approached us. I immediately felt comfortable with her. Her name is Kristin, and she is one of the sales people at Tom Masano Mazda. She was very forthcoming with her answers, and was very knowledgeable. If we asked a question she didn't know the answer to, she got the answer for us. And we had a lot of questions. After a test drive, we decided to put a deposit down on the car. The car had some bumper damage that the dealer is taking care of at no charge to us. They are also installing the navigation system. When we first saw the car, it was parked in the back of the lot, against the fence. It had just arrived so it hadn't been detailed yet. When we came to pick the car up, it looked great. The detailer did a great job making the car look its best. Kristin told us the car would look great, and it did. She always responded via text, email or call when we asked questions, and she followed through on everything she promised us. Dropping thousands of dollars isn't something that I take lightly, and I felt very comfortable buying this car from Masano Mazda. Since the car is certified pre-owned, we have great warranties for added peace of mind should something go wrong. I would definitely recommend this dealership to people I know. And if you want to deal with a sales person who has a great personality, doesn't pressure you in any way, and is knowledgeable about the cars you're considering, go with Kristin. More

Well let's start that I do not live close to this dealership. I have looked online and saw a used Dodge Ram that fit my needs and my price range. I called dealer first just to make sure truck was s dealership. I have looked online and saw a used Dodge Ram that fit my needs and my price range. However I had GPS. Mike also called me as I was on the road just making sure I was coming and that if i needed directions. He said he would have the truck waiting for me. I finally arrive and there it was. The truck was sitting right out in front of the dealer. After hello's got keys and took an extra long test drive. Long story short, I bought the vehicle. Everything went smoothly and I am very happy with the deal I got. after greeting our salesman Mike McCormac, he was more than willing to show us the Mazda model that we would probably like and would suit our needs. we had arrived at the dealership a little close to shut than willing to show us the Mazda model that we would probably like and would suit our needs. we had arrived at the dealership a little close to shutdown but that did not matter to him. He promptly pulled over a cx5 to let us look at. He showed us some of the features of the vehicle and then it was time to close up, We told him we would stop back so we could test drive the car and to look at it more in depth. We stopped back on a Sat. afternoon and we took the car for a drive. I was very skeptical about having a car with a 4cyl engine. However after spending some time with this model this was not the usual 4cyl I had known from years gone back. Mazda has certainly done their homework on this car. We got back to the dealership and started going over pricing for this car. After some lengthy time of bouncing around some numbers, again it was getting close to shutdown so mike offered to let us take the car for the weekend and to really check it out and go over the finance plans that was given to us, We returned to the dealership on Monday night and we finalized our finance figures. So far I am very pleased with all aspects of this crossover suv the Mazda cx5. Thank you Mike for a very pleasant buying experience. This is our second Mazda we purchased from Tom Masano. My wife drives a 2004 Mazda 6 sportwagon. If this cx5 is as good to us as her mazda 6 has been I will be very happy. Thanks again for a pleasant buying experience at Tom Masano. More
