Awesome Customer Service Terrific customer service. I have purchased numerous vehicles over the past 35 years (Subaru, Pontiac, Hondas). The last 6 were Hondas. I had never Terrific customer service. I have purchased numerous vehicles over the past 35 years (Subaru, Pontiac, Hondas). The last 6 were Hondas. I had never purchased a Mazda nor known anyone who owned a Mazda. I was very hesitant to try one out. I was searching for a vehicle with driver assistance technology - so after extensive research, decided to give them a try. It was their customer service that won me over. Plus I spoke to my dad who had purchased a vehicle from them 19 years ago and informed me that he had received excellent consistent service. I had my first experience with their service when I dropped off my new car to get cargo hooks installed, they shuttled me to my job and picked me up when my car was ready. I didn't have to take any vacation time or weekend time! Oh yes, how happy am I with the car? Well, let me put it this way, when I went to drop off my car, I saw a black t-shirt hanging in their display with a Mazda design on the front. For the first time ever, I considered wearing a product logo - next time I'm in, think I'll buy it - that's how happy I am with my new car! More

Extremely Poor Customer Service Let me first explain my situation - I have an older car that I was ready to get rid of. I finally had the income and it was time to purchase my first Let me first explain my situation - I have an older car that I was ready to get rid of. I finally had the income and it was time to purchase my first new vehicle! I loved the look of the Mazdas so I stopped in one day to the dealership off of route 61 in Reading. I worked with Vince. He seemingly did not know what he was talking about and made the process very confusing. It was my first time looking at Mazdas, which I told him, and it would have been better to have things explained before going to look at the cars. I was unfamiliar with the models which made walking the lot very confusing. We went from this car, to that car, to this car, and I had to try to explain to MYSELF how each car differed by asking him questions such as "oh so this model only has XYZ"... Etc. I felt that because I was a very young woman I was judged - as in I wouldn't have the money to buy a new car. Even when we went back inside I had to tell HIM what to look up in inventory of what I liked. He was clueless, or maybe not listening. I pretty much sold the car to myself. Alas, I found a car I fell in love with after much frustration and searching on my end (I should note there were two different colors available for me) We agreed on a day I couldcome in to test drive as it was at a different location. Still optimistic and excited I came in and test drove. I had a lot to think about, so I came back on a Friday and told them what it would take for me to sign. I had previously mentioned to Vince I wanted to navigation package (a $400 chip installed so your screen doubles as a GPS). So I came in Friday like I said I would and was met by the manager. A cocky male manager mind you. I said hello and Im ready to buy, the only thing I want is the navigation package and its a deal, I have the cash down payment in hand. He laughed at me, yes, LAUGHED. I believe his name is Brain. Another Brian came out, the finance guy, and the manger told him what I had just said and they both laughed together. Their exact words "well the customer is always right but.......hahah! ". I should mention that I gave them a $500 deposit they knew I was serious. I said ok well that's a deal breaker, and left. The next day (Sat) I brought my boyfriend in to see the car. I asked for the keys and we went and looked at it. we came back in and were completely ignored. Standing awkwardly in the middle of this manager and Vince, we were overlooked. I understand they were busy on a Saturday, but they also knew I was ready to buy. How hard would it have been to say hey guys sorry we are tied up, have a seat and a snack and we will be right with you? Well they didn't, so I handed back the keys and left. The kicker is, Vince texted me hours later asking where I went and all I said was "Honda". I now own a beautiful brand new Honda, a painless transaction where I was treated with respect. The best part of this is when I emailed Vince after the fact to make sure my credit card information was destroyed, he said "so you're not getting the car????" And I said no, and explained why (everything that just happened) and all he said was "he was going to give you the Navigation". So I emailed back, in summary, "well he could have told me that when I was there Saturday to buy the car with my boyfriend but was completely ignored. That was the last I hear from them! It wasn't even about the navigation, I could have lived without it. They didn't get my business because of the way they treated me. The lack of respect was horrific. You should never laugh in someone's face for asking a simple question. If you can't give me what I want simply state that you're sorry but it's just not possible. Yes I'm a young woman, but they could have had 18,000 sale that day. Sorry guys, worst experience EVER. Please don't waste your time here. I'm a very understanding person and this pushed my to my limit. The attitude of the manager was ubsurd. I wish I remebered his name. Young guy dark hair sits in big corner office made of windows. The whole staff was friendly and accommodating! In addition, this dealership gave us more bang for our buck!!! We just purchased a Mazda CX5 and we love it. I would highly recommend contacting this dealership when looking for a car. We were advised to check out Tom Masano Mazda by two family members who purchased their cars there. More

Friendly Help, Great Experience I was in a pinch to get a car and went there stating upfront that I had no money down. I was looking at a used car, but was unable to get approved for it. However, the salesman that helped me, Bob Knosp and the Finance team at Tom Masano worked hard and got me approved for a lease on a new 2015 Mazda 3! Bob Knosp was absolutely hands down the best! Everyone there is so easy going, friendly, like to joke around....just a great all around atmosphere! I'll definitely be a loyal customer! More
