People on the main floor are very nice. Vince was great with us. Very helpful and explained everything. The time we got there and finally left was about 4 hours. We were approved right away. Very slow, 1 person working in that dept. 3 people in front of us, should not take that long. Hire more finance people. More

We were pleased with Bob's attention to all the things in making this purchase. This whole deal went quite well and we were pleased as we were with our first purchase in 2013.
