I had great service. Great helpful staff. Only complaints is that when I called to schedule apt wasn’t told to go to the service center not located at the dealership & when I picked my car up I was driving d is that when I called to schedule apt wasn’t told to go to the service center not located at the dealership & when I picked my car up I was driving down the highway & hood wasnt completely latched all the way had to pull over & push shut completely. Literally bowled over with the professionalism and knowledge of my salesman, Chris Lund, and the entire staff at Piazza Mazda, reminiscent of the good old days when the customer came first. The moment I drove the car, I knew this was the car for me. The assistance of Chris Lund and his expertise in explaining in detail the entire car made me feel confident, and was only the beginning of many factors that solidified my decision. The manager and staff that I dealt with, couldn't have been nicer in putting me at ease, knowing I just walked away from a long association with another dealership. It wasn't carnival salesmanship.
