The entire sales process was an easy, low-pressure experience. I initially met with Dave and I told him right away that I wasn't ready to purchase. He still took the time to show me three different experience. I initially met with Dave and I told him right away that I wasn't ready to purchase. He still took the time to show me three different Sonata's until I found one that was in my price range and had the equipment I wanted. He was so pleasant to deal with that I called my fiance and told him I was buying right away. The used car manager appraised my car and gave me more than I expected even though my car needed work and was not in the best condition. Tim, the finance guy showed me all of my options and kept the payment affordable. All in all, I left feeling as if they cared about me as a person and not just as a customer. I would definitely return for service and I will certainly recommend Carousel to my friends and family. More

Service at this dealership was excellent with my old Sonata. I didn't buy from this dealership this time around only because it wasn't a participating Costco auto pricing dealer. I had called and spoke with one of the sales guys originally, Dan Jr. I came up to test drive a car on a day he was not working. I was helped by a really nice sales guy name Steve. Steve took the model out of the showroom as it was the only one of it's kind on the lot. After driving the car, I told him what I had to put down and what I wanted my payment to be. They were very accomodating and set up the financing for me with a very competitive rate. They detailed the car, filled the tank and I drove off with it that day. Steve even went so far as to return my umbrella which I left there to my home in Havertown. I would definitely recommend Steve and Carousel Hyundai. More
