My experience today with Carousel Hyundai was second to none.. My sales rep Ron was nothing short of amazing, the terms sign & drive came true for me tonight. Prior to 9AM this morning I was torn and unsure about my future car financing prospects, until I started working with Ron. He never made me feel anything less than superior and important throughout the process. I also worked with Tim who broke down all the warranty plans level by level dollar by dollar and was too patient, understanding and empathetic.. After a long day at the office to drive home in a new vehicle having worked with people I have already come to know and trust, is something short of a miracle.. I was dreading having to purchase a new car but from day one Ron was helpful and friendly without being overbearing. When I finally showed up at the dealership Ron took me in even before they opened and sh one Ron was helpful and friendly without being overbearing. Mike Wilkinson was extremely attentive and worked very well with me in closing the sale of the car. He listened to my questions and comments and responded accordingly. Carousel Hyundai is wonderful! I purchased a 2010 Hyundai Elantra and recently my dad purchased a 2012 Hyundao Tuscon. The cars both run great and the sales associates and service were awesome.
