Ron made the sales experience very pleasant for a hard to locate vehicle. He demonstrated and set-up all the features for me while I sat on the passenger side. If I could give them zero stars I would. Awful service. Complete ineptitude with the service department. They don't care at all about the customers Complete ineptitude with the service department. They don't care at all about the customers More

The dealership was very easy to navigate and had a nice vibe to it. Kevin Penny was a great salesman and extremely helpful. Worst experience EVER! Went to dealership to explore possibility of purchasing a new Elantra. Had already interacted with internet person and salesperson (both were very nice and helpful). When we walke possibility of purchasing a new Elantra. Had already interacted with internet person and salesperson (both were very nice and helpful). When we walked into the showroom, a very disinterested salesperson (did not get his name) sullenly asked "can I help you"? I informed him that we were there to look at the interior of a new Elantra, did not need to do a test drive, and that I had already spoken to the initial contact salesperson a few days ago-who was actually off the day I visited the dealership. Sullen salesperson gave us directions to the back of the car lot to where a particular Elantra was unlocked. As my girlfriend and I walked back to the car, we both expressed our dismay with Sullen Salesperson's attitude. It was not a welcome we expected for what is supposed to be an awarded Hyundai dealership! Upon finding the vehicle, we spent the next 45 minutes looking at the car and exploring other cars on the lot. Now, sales 101 would dictate that this so-called 'salesperson' would have come outside with keys in hand (after allowing a reasonable time for us to check out the vehicle), and ask if we had any questions, possibly wanted to start the car up and hear the stereo and check out the electronics of the vehicle. It's basic sales 101 (where this salesperson must have failed that class more than once). About 30 minutes in, two other salespersons were in the back of the building which seems to be the 'smoking' area, and just stood there, smoking and talking and watching us walk around the vehicles. Again, it would make perfect sense to come over to us and ask if we needed any assistance. That did not happen so we departed with the intention of never visiting this dealership again. Yes, we did say that we did not want to do a test drive (we had just driven home from Washington DC) and that we had 'interacted' with another salesperson, who, by the way, had indicated via email that he was off that day, but any other salesperson would gladly help us. So, after resting up from a long birthday celebration, I opted to send an email of complaint to the general manager and my initial contact salesperson, voicing my concerns about the shoddy attitude and lack of concern by the staff. Pretty much what you are reading here was directed to the GM and the initial salesperson. We are now 5 days after the email was sent, and never heard back from the GM (seems he too failed sales 101 AND customer relations/retention 101). We did hear back from the initial salesperson who apologized to us for the terrible experience (seems he already knew about the experience prior to receiving my email so that indicates the GM in some respect addressed the issue in house). Thank God there are many other Hyundai dealerships in eastern PA that I will visit. Actually, last July, when we were looking at the new Sonata's we were at a dealership close to Piazza where the salesperson knew we were not going to purchase anytime soon, but let us test drive the car, showed us all the neat whistles and bells, offered us soft drinks or water and was super friendly. Any guess where we are going this week? Yep, straight to that dealership and will probably drive off with a new Elantra. I know that not every person has bad experiences with salespeople, but follow your instincts and if you get a bad vibe from one upon entering, and then ZERO follow up, just leave. Piazza in West Chester is that bad vibe kind of place. More
